    Eragem was wonderful! Prompt responses and got my ring within a few days. The ring was exactly how it was described and is beautiful! The website is great. The pictures and videos are great and really show the products well. I was nervous ordering an engagement ring online from across the nation but it was a great experience and I highly recommend!

    I ordered a ring that needed to be sized to fit my finger. This was done in a timely manner. I was kept abreast of the process and notified when my ring was finish. It was sent to me the next day after it was finished. The ring I ordered was magnificent! It fit perfectly. I have somewhat webbed fingers and the design of this ring works well with my hand. I am very pleased with my purchase!! The personnel were very knowledgeable about the ring I purchased and took time to consult with the jeweler to make sure the ring could be sized down and not compromise the integrity of the setting as the stones were channel set. I feel confident the jeweler did an excellent job on my ring. In addition to that, EraGem does have an excellent warranty on all the items they sell. I love, love, love my purchase!!

She provided a delightful vintage box in addition to the regular ring box. She made sure sizing was perfect. Took extra pictures. Chatted charmingly.     I was eyeing up a 1930s engagement rank for at least two years. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would own the ring but my husband pushed me to purchase it I was a bit leery about doing this online, but the company was amazing. I am 100% certain that this will not be the last piece of good jewelry. I buy from this company as long as they are in business. They were very prompt about returning communication. They were super easy to work with couldnt have been any better of a transaction and when I received the ring, it was more beautiful than what I ever dreamed.! Thanks to the team at Eragem! LOVE IT!

    They have excellent customer service. I couldn't decide what upgrade wedding ring I wanted, but they worked with me wonderfully. Shipping is fast and easy. If you find that the ring is not for you and want something else (I wanted a bigger diamond) returns are a breeze. I will buy from them again. Rings are packaged beautifully.
