5 starsIve been following EraGem on social media for years and have oohd and aahd over every piece they share. For our 20th wedding anniversary I was surprised with a visit to their shop and a new wedding ring, what a thrill! I was torn between two gorgeous art deco rings and finally chose one. In a rare instance of I love this ring but loved the one I didnt get more! I tearfully contacted ******* a few weeks later and was told I could exchange one for the other. He was so kind and understanding even though I know it wasnt convenient for him. I now have the true love of my life, the most gorgeous ring on the website. The quality of the ring is outstanding and I find myself staring at it all the time. The part that I love most is all of their pieces have a history. 100 years ago a woman was gifted this ring, now its on MY finger, and its one-of-a-kind, just like her and just like me??. Everyone at EraGem made this process so easy for us and Im forever grateful. Although I rarely write reviews Im more than happy to write this one. **** is such a treasure, she made us feel special, like she really cared that we left happy! And happy we are. 5 starsCouldn't be more pleased with the service at EraGem. They promply and courteously answered all my questions about a ring I was checking out. Shipment was lighening-fast and free. They sized the ring before they sent it, not usually done in this online business. Although the ring I picked out didn't suit me, EraGem initiated the return service, again was very quick, no questions asked. They nicely thanked me for trying the ring.I really appreciate that you can return items, even altered ones. It is rather hard to shop online, especially for jewelry. This seamless and professional way they run their business is very refreshing.I have bought jewelry from this company before, was very satisfied with the products, and will continue to scan their offerings. Era Gem sells the best quality gems in the jewelry market today. I've been using their online store for a few years now and Love their uniqueness and promptness. The highest customer service! 5 starsI have to say I am so impressed with EraGem. ******* was professional & so prompt in his response to my emails. I prefer vintage, because with maybe the exception of expensive custom pieces, it's hard to find the same quality from even just 30 yrs ago. I have dealt with several companies, but EraGem is far superior to the others. Their site has excellent, close up photos from all angles & on a hand. The only thing I can think to improve--would be nice if they also included short video holding ring while turning it. The pictures they do provide are great though. They have a nice size inventory, with new pieces added every week. Their prices are more reasonable than many of the other companies. When I received my vintage ring today, I was so impressed. I love it! I am partial to cabochons, dislike prongs, so this gypsy set ******* my birthstone, was just perfect for me.The presentation far surpassed the other companies --Free sizing & overnight shipping, very secure packaging, with nice box inside the box with documents. My modest purchase was treated like I just purchased one of their beautiful 25k diamonds. They looked like they would look great with ***** and gold chain necklace I recently received for Christmas! I wrote the jewelry store, Era Gem to discuss the earring and received a friendly, professional response.Once the purchase price was discussed and processed, he earrings were immediately shipped across the country, in a secure manner.
