Its been hard to find something with the right size diamonds with a curve to fit around my original purchase. Its been a few years but I finally found what Id been waiting for and Im not at all disappointed. I highly recommend this company for your jewelry wants and needs. Always easy and professional. 5 starsI love this store! The web site itself is very easy to navigate and I can just get lost in looking at all their beautiful quality jewelry. They have the nice option to make yourself a wish list which comes in handy, not only for yourself but also for anyone looking to get something for you, that way you get something you want but it is still a surprise. I believe that their prices are reasonable and competitive. I was looking for a ring to replace the wedding set that I put away for my granddaughters after my husband passed away. I wanted a statement piece but nothing too flashy or wedding like. I kept coming back to the same ring and finally said yes to a beautiful ring that was made in the ****s. I made sure that I had my finger sized properly at a store and then went ahead and ordered it. I did not need their free resizing option as it was my size already. Their free overnight shipping is just wonderful and I also noticed that they offer a payment plan for those who need it. My ring came with papers that has all the information about it and can be used for insuring the piece. If you want to deal with a company that is above board and has quality pieces then EraGem is the way to go. 5 starsWith an inherited collection of various pieces, I developed a fascination with jewelry as an art form and sought out pieces that I loved and that would be passed to my children. When I was referred to ERAGEM by a friend, I admit I was tentative to purchase from an online entity. Once I became familiar with them, I wondered what had taken me so long!. I not only found one piece for my daughter's birthday, but found several for myself. Truly. What a singularly exceptional experience. As distinctive and lovely as their inventory of gems are, the personnel of ERAGEM are just as spectacular. Helpful, kind, polite, and patient with a dedication to service that is unmet by any other source I have had the delight to encounter. I feel like I have discovered a hidden bounty! My reticence to purchase from an online source was completely unnecessary. Every item is thoroughly and accurately described and accompanied by a retail appraisal. Item (gold ring with gemstones was exactly as described (pictured) on website and the sizing was accurate. The price was fair, as well! I will be recommending ERA GEM to friends and family!
