  If you are reading this review it is for a reason. Market Leader is a scam. The leads are horrible. I wasted my money and they will not allow you to cancel. Please dont use Marker Leader. You will waste your money.

  Market Leader services include a customized website, contact management system and lead generation services. Market Leader provides real estate solutions to *******+ real estate professionals in ***************** and ******. Lead subscription services are from consumers who proactively create an account and register on agent's website from Market Leader's search engine marketing on ****** and Bing. Market Leader uses thousands of real estate specific terms and geography specific locations to attract consumers to customer's website. When a consumer clicks on the advertisement, they are driven to a results page on the agent's real estate website. After viewing a second property, the consumer has the option to register and create an account to receive daily/weekly/monthly listing alerts. A consumer who creates an account is a lead, funneled into agents contact management system and is available for the agent to engage using the Market Leader contact management system tools. Market Leader guarantees working contact information (working phone number and/or working email address) and if email address is not deliverable, customer can return that lead. As a side note, a majority of Market Leader customers that follow or implement lead management and follow up systems love our leads products and rave about how much better they are than Zillow, Realtor, Homes.com and others. But, that is not to say, it is not for everyone and like most leads businesses, there are some unhappy customers.   I was with Market Leader for 5-6 years. I wanted to take my website to the next level, and I was not able to do it with Market Leader. I submitted a termination request 2 weeks ago, and Market Leader still has not released my website. The turned it off, but did not release it to my new provider. I'm beyond frustrated with them, as they continue to tell me it's going to be resolved by the end of the day, and it's not occurred yet.

  So I signed up with Market Leader back the first part of July. I spoke with someone a few times before making the decision to go with them. I asked a number of question on how their leads work ect. The Lady I spoke with said I would be guaranteed 10 solid leads a month. I proceeded to ask her if these leads would be legit leads not some off the wall stuff. I asked that several times and her answer was thatthey are legit leads. At $534 a month for what I thought would be legit 10 solid leads weather they went anywhere or not I was excited so I signed up. I understand from being with Zillow not all leads can be screened and some don't go no where but with Zillow you get to connect with someone to find that out. With Market leader someone searches this website of yours (which if you tried to find it yourself its doesn't exist) and browes. You try to reach out and no one responds. Market leader continues to send out these auto messages as well give the client not up to date information especially on CMA's. I tried calling them to get out on it and they gave me the run around. I emailed to terminate and still have yet to get a response back from that either. This is a scam of a company and no one will respond back when you reach out to tell them the issues. Everything about this company is Fake!

  This is a fake lead site. I was provided with MANY fake leads. They charge an enormous amount for the leads around $400-$500 a month and claim to get reimbursed for any fake name leads. Don't be fooled, there are excellent salesman on the signup calls. All leads were fake emails like firstnamelastname123. If you recently signed up mention you've been told there is a grace ****** to cancel and they will let you!! Take my advice and do not waste your money/time.

A majority of Market Leader customers that follow or implement lead management and follow up systems love our leads products and rave about how much better they are than other lead services. But, that is not to say, it is not for everyone and like most leads businesses, there are some unhappy customers. Market Leader has ******+ lead subscription customers, majority are happy about the opportunity to add consumers to their real estate network. There are definitely customers who are unhappy as their approach does not align with today's consumer. Customers choose their lead subscription areas, customize their website, personalize their CRM and choose a 6 or 12 month term. Customers accept their subscription areas via an online agreement. Market Leader provides a lead guarantee which enables real estate professionals the opportunity to add a predictable number of consumers to their real estate network. Real estate advertising is not order taking, it is a service oriented business as you are aware.Lead subscription services are from consumers who proactively create an account and register on agent's website from Market Leader's search engine marketing on ****** and Bing. Market Leader uses thousands of real estate specific terms and geography specific locations to attract consumers to customer's website.   I spoke to one of the representatives of Market Leader and was inquiring regarding their service and with all the good sweet talks , I was convinced to purchased the service last **** 3,2022. First thing I asked, ARE ALL LEADS BEING SCREENED AND CAN THIS BE CANCELLED IF I'M NOT SATISFIED? And of course he said YES and you will get a 10 guaranteed leads per month. Right after I purchased he sent me some information via text (which I don't remember what it was) and have sent me my receipt through email that I have paid that day. In **** I have received a few leads with no email or phone number vice versa. Some leads name doesn't sound real as if they are fake. One of them is coming from an adult flick.com and felt humiliated. I tried and tried to email and call each one of them but looks like its Bogus and a waste of my time. I tried to call back the person I spoke to the 1st time and finally he answered and he said they will eliminate that lead and give a replacement. I dont think there was a replacement done . I almost cancelled the service that month since I havent talk to any leads. He said just wait till July and more leads are coming but for **** I have not received the guaranteed 10 leads at all. Come July same thing perhaps 1 or 2 leads were added from the **** leads that I have received. I guess this is a joke and this is such a waste of time. I have written them a cancellation letter to their agentcare last July 23 to cancel since service has not been delivered then i tried to call back the same guy I spoke to the 1st time again but never returned my call anymore. I guess this is FRAUD.
