      I have been sent 4 of the same phone (UMX) in 2 years. I even had to buy one off of their site. I paid for the phone and went through 7 people trying to get it activated. Not one of them could get it to work, was sent another UMX phone. Now, it will not charge at all. I have trouble hearing callers and them hearing me. It will not send emails a lot of times. Now, I will have to call and spend time going through many people to get someone to send me a new phone. The company states lifeline, how can they claim that when the phones they supply are so unreliable? Hopefully, I will be able to transfer service to a more reliable company.

      I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving since I have started my service with the company. I would like to file a complaint due to the level of service I am being provided.My account has been compromised Im not sure what going on because Ive only had your service since Aug. 2023. Im not able to see my charges on my bill while using the ******** app. *** called several times to get clarification on my bill. I keep getting put on hold and the call eventually disconnects. I visited the store to get help from the sales rep who I purchased the phone from and he said that my bill would be.. I have been making my payments and for some reason it doesnt seem to make any sense.I was told all phones would be free under the special that was offered to me and the discount for the phones would be applied as credit for each line prior to going into store I started receiving calls from the ******** prior to my 1st bill to welcome me before the 14day grace ******** expressed my concerns then, about not being able to see anything on the app about my plans and still nothing is be shared on the app. I was instructed to uninstall and reinstall the apps but it still doesnt show on the app but my lines are crossed. Several times I explained to the representative I refuse to accept any agreement until I know what Im being charged. As I am aware that a ******** has a 14 day grace ******* I asked about the app not showing up. Informed me to call in.Not to mention 3 different sites that accept payment. I dont know about that also.If you need me to provide my police report as well. Im still not able to see my bill due to the fact that my lines have been crossed. Im getting the runaround and I just prefer to end the agreement since it been 4 months and I havent gotten any resolution.

      Fraudulent and unfair business practices. Was lured in by a representative to sign up for a cellphone plan at $165 per month. When the bills started coming in closer to $200 per month was told sorry we made a mistake. Now Im being told I cant cancel or get my trade in phones back or I will get charged extra on top of it all.

      I have been a customer of ********************** since 2021 and up until recently I have had decent service. The last couple of months I have experienced dropped calls, no service for long periods of time, promises of a replacement phone and a new plan with Unlimited Talk, Text and Data. I even added $14.65 at one point to talk because I could not receive service and I was out of town and needed to make a phone call. I received a letter in the mail with an account pin and a promise of a phone on the way. The representative was unable to pull up the account pin and had also had no record of a phone being created as a replacement or shipped. On this call she ensured me she would correct it and not only correct my ongoing problem with my phone, but she would also put in an order for a replacement phone. I also placed an order for a new customer with a tracking number which has also provided no phone or information. I would like to switch services or at least receive the phone that I was promised as my phone has problems dialing out and receiving calls every other day. It has been a total disaster.

      Would give a negative 5 stars if that was an option. I have been paying for phones that were supposed to be free for a year now. Despite multiple attempts at getting this issue resolved, nothing has been fixed. I have visited multiple locations and contacted customer service and still nothing. If I had known it would be this way I would have stayed with my previous carrier. I was made promises that have not been kept. And have wasted a good amount of money I cant really afford. I am stuck until I can afford to switch somewhere else and not ruin my credit. I recommend people steer clear of ********* There are better options.

      I booked a hotel thru the ******** benefits website. I requested to cancel it and was told if the hotel process the cancel with no fees or penalties then I'd be reimbursed minus a $25 processing fee. Well ******** sent me and email saying the hotel didn't agree to the refund so I wont get refunded. I called the hotel and confirmed they canceled it with no charges. ******** LIED! when you call ******** to complain, they hang up on you or just disconnect the cal. You can't reach a live representative.I've filed a complaint with my credit card company, they are currently investigating. I'll be canceling ******** ASAP!

      This company is the worst and the customer service is the worst i have ever dealt with. Had a problem with a phone they sent where the charging port is bad, tried to get another one and they would not upgrade but replace with the same phone Schok same issues and then they want you to spend 20 on another phone.WHY hasnt the govt program that you can get a free phone don't see these bad reviews??? Stay away from this company. If i could give NO STAR i would

      I have been a Sprint customer for *****. I am now a ********************** rollover to ********* I am displeased with ******** and I am missing Sprint. I've been learning that ******** does things much differently than Sprint. For example, Sprint lets you change your number, DIY on the website for free, and you can change it again after 30 days if reason is permissible. ******** wants you to call them, pay $15, and you can only change your number once a year. Last month, I filed a claim for technical issues. I couldn't access apps, turn the phone off, on, or answer it. I had to let it die out to get some peace. I OWN this phone, and I have a minor crack in the upper-right corner that is not interfering with my visibility. ******** wanted me to include this minor crack in the claim, and pay $95 I didn't have. I could care less about that crack, I need a working phone. They are charging me $700 for a phone I've already paid for. I have 3 other devices on my account. Before I pay $700 for a phone that I paid for and own now, I will seek another cellular company.

      I was told that my bill would be 140 a month with the two lines added and I kept making sure it was going to be that amount and they told me yes it would be I go through this every month with my bill being $190 something when they told me it would be a different amount and I complain every month and it never changes I want something done I have all that chats and everything that says it would be 140. I am thinking about going to another company.
