      Pokmon TCG Pocket subscriptions are difficult to cancel if you switch devices and support is completely useless. I sent in a clear message with my complaintId switched from Android to ***** and hadnt known it would be difficult to cancel subscriptions, saw no way to in their settings or FAQ, and was seeking instructions on how to do so. I let the first support ****** know they hadnt resolved my issuetheyd merely repeated the instructions on how to generally cancel a subscription and let me know they cant cancel them. I informed them again of my issue and that I still needed help cancelling my subscription, the second ****** repeated the same instructions at me, I let them know I still needed help and now Im not being responded to. Luckily, I figured out how to cancel the subscription myself, but as there is no easy way to do it in the app and support is completely useless in resolving these kinds of issues, beware. I find this super shady and that if I had been someone who had more issues navigating apps and things, Id have been stuck paying the subscription I didnt want with no resolution from Pokmon, or cancelling and getting a new cardwhich is a huge hassle.

      Pokmon scam me. I refused the package from *****. I was told I would get a refund. However, Pokmon will not issue a refund. I paid $150 and Pokemon warehouse is keeping the items and reselling. I am being scammed. This is hurtful how heartless Pokmon center has become. **************** is awful and they wont look out for their long term customers. I have all the documentation and proof.

      I've been trying to make simple orders from the ************************** website, and I keep getting a payment error. I've cleared cookies, I've used different browsers and many different methods of payment, but still unable to buy anything from the website! Their customer service is useless as well, and does not provide a resolution, and eventually closes the help ticket! Putting the blame on the customers. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES! It's like they HATE getting money. Dealing with ************************** for the past 3 years, and nothing has improved. HUGE company that can't even provide an easy shopping service. WOW.

      Absolutely, terrible customer service. Customers are allowed to make ZERO mistakes. If youre not perfect youll be out of luck. This company is NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. Being military we frequently move, and I placed an order which the shipping address was incorrect (even though I corrected it prior to placing the order). Immediately after placing the order, I emailed customer service to explain the situation. They will NOT update the address, you CANNOT request ***** to reroute the package (even at your own expense) due to shipper restrictions, and they REFUSED to cancel the order.Customer service directed for me to reach out after delivery or upon return. Naturally after the delivery I notified them I do not have my package. They replied package has been delivered and photograph has been uploaded to tracking, have a nice day. No resolution, no customer assistance, no customer service period. Im actually DISGUSTED at this type of business practice. I had to contact my bank get a refund issued.

      2nd ordered that doesn't make it to me and it's return to sender this company has such a monopoly in the *** that this review will do nothing but hopefully help someone else. They do not support the military and the customer service is the worst.

      Im a shop trying to become a league store for my players . League shops get special packs and promos for players . I have been denied for the past two years . My customers believe its due to discrimination our our race and location. Our area is considered a bad area but it isnt . They claim Im infringing on their intellectual property but I ah e change my logo and talked with my legal depart to make sure we are in the clear yet they still deny me what my customers want . Ive done everything to change my shop to their guidelines yet they still deny us . Its beyond their guidelines and its starting to look Iike some Form of discrimination for being in this bad area and for being a minority owned business . Pokmon is not the business it claims to be .

      You cannot order trading cards on pokemon center without risking getting ripped off. No matter if the box you receive is empty or the contents are damaged they will not assist you with a refund. They will say it is a final sale item so they wont help you at all and will be rude about it when you inquire. Buyer beware.

      Worst customer service team ever. The ********************** doesnt care about the customers or fans. On December 6th, 2023 I have purchased 10 Kanto Friend ******* Tin for my son, it cost me almost $100, it states on the website that it comes with 1 Sun and Moon pack and 1 XY pack. When I received it, on the back of the Tin boxes, it also printed clearly that it has Sun and Moon and XY pack. When my son opened it , it actually has Darkness Ablaze and Vivid Voltage. He was so disappointed. Clearly it is Pokemon Center mistake on it website and on its products. If I know what really is inside, I wouldn't spend my money on it because it does not worth it. when I emailed them and sent all the pictures. The last email from the support Tean is "Any additional verbiage on the packaging is information about possible contents, we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience" and closed my support ticket. The company know that they sell collectible items and they does not care about their customers/fans at all and could get away with everything even it is there mistake. No refund or return or send you something to make it up to their customer. I am very disappointed with an ********************** reputable company like that with the worst customer service and policy that I have ever seen. One day the fans might turn their back on them cause they do not care about their customers/fans.

      Called number and was told to shut up. I've called multiple times. Contact information isn't posted on their website. Someone stole my card information so I wanted to contact to get order information for investigation but can't get anywhere how things are going.

      I recommend spending your money at a company that values your business. They shipped a package that cost over $100 to an address that I no longer live at and haven't lived at for 3 years. When I contacted ***** about a hold or reroute they mentioned that it is 100% possible but the shipper has to submit that request. However, when I contacted **** they said they couldn't do it due to the delivery company's restrictions which I have confirmed is a lie. Regardless if I ever receive this package or not this will be my last purchase from this company. Refusing something as simple as allowing a customer to hold a package for pick-up and telling me that if I keep contacting them they'll just close the customer service chat was disrespectful. This would be 0 stars if BBB would've allowed it.
