I ordered this pillow and reached out to the customer by phone and by email several times and received no response. I ordered through ******* and also filed a complaint with them, but it has not been resolved yet. They do not answer their phone and you can't leave a message because their mailbox is full.Initial Complaint

Ordered on June 21, 2024. Website says same day shipping and the item should be received in 5 to 7 business days. Its been way longer than that. I emailed them on June 28, 2024. No response. I tried a live chat with them and no one responds. I just want what I ordered in a timely manner. It would also be nice if they had **************** that would reply.Initial Complaint

I purchased a clone pillow from their website in 2020. The pillow is faulty as it states it has a 5year warranty. *** tried calling the phone number they give is unavailable, the email they give is rejected as it comes back undeliverable. The pillow literally folds in half the stuffing has flattened which is never supposed to happen , just wanted them to get back to me on a solution or replacement. I get several advertisement emails from them, for purchasing a clone pillow. So just wondering if others are getting ripped off if they order. I ordered Dec. 9, 2020 my order #**** $179 pillow on sale for $134 after discount. . I started trying to connect with them for the last 6 months.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Clone Pillow and got a confirmation number. 10 days later I recieved a message that it was not delivered.They used a company at this email address: ********************************** Under the name OnTrac.I have gotten several automated email replys from OnTrac stating that I will be contacted about my order. I have not been contacted by anyone from OnTrac.Since then, I have sent a total of 5 emails (over a 3 week timeframe) and got no response. Now I am getting emails back stating address not found.I have tried to call the number to customer service and I get a message stating that I have to email them.I sent a ******** message and have not received a response and the message has not been read.They (SP CLONE PILLOW, HTTPSCLONEPILWA) took $150.60.Initial Complaint

I placed an order from Clone Pillow and then nothing happened. I sent many emails to customer service asking when it would be shipped, or for any kind of update. I received no response. I sent an Instagram DM and received no response. I looked for a phone number or address and could not find one. The merchant offered ZERO RESPONSE or contact of any kind. I placed an order with clone pillow back in March. I had an expected delivery of 10 days. They never delivered and didn't provide any information on a shipment. I was able to cancel the order and the company confirmed the cancelation via email. I never recieved a refund. I received the Clone Cooling Pillow on February 21, 2023.I followed the instructions to a T. I washed the cover as the directions said. The cover smells SO bad, like chemical plastic. So, I washed it a second time. The smell will not go away. The pillow itself also smells. I e-mailed the company 3 times, messaged them on ********* and sent a message through their website with no response. There's no phone number listed to try to call them. I ordered the clone pillow on January 11, 2023. I was supposed to receive within 6 days. Im still waiting for the pillow. *** sent over a dozen emails trying to communicate with them. The last 5 have been requesting a refund for a product not received. They have given no response. Their last email had a tracking number on it but package was never received by the carrier. Therefore not sent. Super frustrated.
