NEVER, EVER purchase from Clone Pillow. Absolutely horrible customer service. Horrible. I place my order on January 16th, 2023 and contacted them the very next day to see if I could exchange the pillow case color with a different one. I never heard back. When I still hadn't heard anything about the pillow being shipped, I contacted them again on January 27th. When I still didn't hear anything, I filed a grievance with PayPal to get my $165 refunded. The next day I heard from Clone Pillow letting me know the pillow case had been exchanged and asked me if I'd like to cancel the order. If not, the pillow would be shipped by February 1st. I should have taken that opportunity to cancel, but didn't. Fast forward to February 7th when the pillow finally shipped, but with the original pillow case color. I contacted them again after seeing this and, surprisingly, heard nothing back. This is for order number ***** and tracking number **********************. Again, I repeat, NEVER, EVER order from Clone Pillow. I'll return the pillow when I get it and if Clone Pillow does not respect this return, will get my money back through PayPal.Initial Complaint

I ordered a clone pillow and pillow case on January 16th and paid exactly ******. The website and confirmation email said to allow 1-2 business days for shipping for them to package my order before it ships. That email also instructed me to download the Shop app to track my order. Today is February 6th and I have yet to receive an email or the product in the mail. The shop app still says that my order has only been placed. My order number is *****.Initial Complaint

I ordered from this business a month ago and I have reached out to the company numerous times concerning no updates on shipping or movement on the products and I have gotten zero response. The website states the order will be here in 3-6 days, it has been a month and now I am concerned I will never be receiving these products. Clone pillow took my money and never sent a product. They have blocked my email and ******** accounts so I cannot contact them. I tried with another email account and they blocked that one as well. On 1/11/23 I purchased a Clone Pillow order #***** for $128 from *********************************************. Email confirmation states to allow 1-2 business days to package the order before it ships. I did not receive an email with a shipping update until 1/19/23 after I emailed customer service the same day. I was told by **** that they sold out, restocking and that my pillow would ship the latest 1/25. My credit card was charged $128 on 1/25 even though the pillow did not ship. 1/25 I emailed customer support again and was told by ****, again, 1/27 that my order would ship by 1/31. I agreed to wait on the delay again. The pillow did not ship by 1/31. I have sent 2 emails to customer service, emailed them on their site and even sent a message to them via Instagram stating I want the order cancelled and refunded. I called the number on the site but was not able to talk to anyone; I was only connected to 2 voicemails that state you can contact corporate or send them an email and wait for a reply up to72 hours. Im in ****** and they dont ship there. I tried to find a solution by using a third party to ship into ******. I placed the order and only found out after how much it would actually cost to bring the pillow into ******. This part is no fault of the merchant as they have nothing to do with the 3rd party shipper I was going to use. I contacted Clone within a day of placing the order asking to cancel to order. I didnt hear from them right away and had to send a second email a few days later. They finally responded saying that they would be happy to cancel the order. I sent them another email a day or so later asking for confirmation of the cancellation and refund. I have in fact emailed them 4 times about this now and they have yet to reply and refund back the purchase for the cancelled order. I purchased their product on 1/14/2023. I received and order confirmation that it would ship within 1-2 business days. It is now 2/2/2023 and I haven't received any notification of shipment.I reached out to customer support on 1/31/2023 and haven't yet heard a response. I made a purchase on 01/12/23 with standard shipping, 3-6 days. I sent an email to clonepillows.com on 1/19/23, per the order confirmation, requesting an update on the order. I received emails on 1/20, 1/21, and 1/22 stating the message was undeliverable because the domain clonepillows.com could not be found. I replied to the order email ************************************************ on 1/23 and received no response.
