    Ordered the Clone pillow product and cover weeks ago and have not heard anything from them, have not received my product, and have not received any response from customer service or instagram account after multiple messages. This business feels shady and I am going to protest the credit card charge because I don't think my product is going to show up.

    Despite sending multiple emails, I cannot get in touch with the to initiate a return of the product. They do not respond to phone calls.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have tried numerous times to contact the business both via phone and email, and received no response. The item is unopened so pursuant to the companys policy should be returnable, but I need return shipping information.

    Order ***** was delivered in 12/17/2022 and the space grey pillow case that i paid for was not included in the shipment. I have emailed 3 separate times and still no answer.

    The Clone pillow is not to my liking. I've tried to contact Clone to no avail. Zero response for complaints or returns.

    Hello, unfortunately we do not accept opened returns at this time. As stated on our websites return policy. We do offer a 5 year warranty for certain wear and tear on the product or broken zippers. We are happy to offer replacements.
