      I am receiving betwen 3 and 7 emails a day from Sono Bello. I have never used Sono Bello or even considered it. They must have purchased my email frfom some external source. Initially they came to an e-mail I use for personal email; now they are also coming to an email I use for work, too.I have been unable to find an unsubscribe button on any of the emails.I want my name removed from their roles, and there seems to be no way to do it.s

      Thank you for contacting Sono Bello. Ms. ****** purchased laser assisted liposuction which we have trademarked as TriSculpt. Ms. ******* was informed of what TriSculpt was during her consultation. Our Practice Manager and our surgeon have also addressed her questions on multiple occasions. The Surgical Consent that she signed and initialed prior to her procedure describes TriSculpt as "Sono Bello offers laser assisted liposuction using minimally invasive laser using minimally invasive laser liposuction systems designed to decrease localized body fat. A very small instrument with a laser fiber is inserted under the skin and into the fat layer. The laser destroys the fat cells, which are removed by gently suction. The laser also coagulates blood vessels resulting in less bleeding and bruising. Because of its small instrument size, it is ideal for body contouring and for treating areas that have otherwise been difficult to treat. It is also thought to stimulate collagen formation resulting in additional skin tightening." Our Practice Manager reached out to Ms. ****** again after we received her complaint and explained this to her. No refund is due to Ms. ****** as all services purchased were rendered.       To:Better Business Bureau Central & ************* ************************************** Subject: Complaint Against Sono Bello ****************** BBB Representative,I am submitting a formal complaint against Sono Bellos **********, ******* clinic regarding misleading pricing, inconsistent communication, and unsatisfactory results of a cosmetic ************ December of 2024, I received liposuction on my arms, pubic area, and lower abdomen at this location. I was told at the time that liposuction on my upper abdomen was not necessary. However, the outcome left me with visible fat around my belly button, which made the results look uneven.When I returned to the clinic to express my concerns, I was told I now needed upper abdominal liposuction. The physician assured me that the surgical fee for this correction would be waived. However, a clinic manager later contacted me and said they would not honor this, and I was subsequently charged an additional $3,500, after already paying nearly $8,000 for the original procedure.This inconsistency in communication and refusal to honor the physicians verbal agreement feels misleading and unethical. I believe I was misinformed regarding the scope of the original procedure and misled about the costs of the follow-up. I am requesting that Sono Bello refund the $2495 that was promised to be waived.I hope the BBB can assist in resolving this matter.       Deposit policy was not explained before charged. Contract was not provided nor was it signed before charge. Attempted to cancel same day due to sono bellos failure to disclose vital information regarding results that vary, members complaints on BBB regarding extreme pain during procedures, and failure to have me sign contract before charging my account. I attempted to call to resolve the issue and the receptionist became very argumentative stating I was explained the policy in my contact. I explained that I never got a contract nor was I shown one. She was about to transfer me to the consultant who I had seen but she realized I was asking for a cancellation and refund she said the consultant was no longer in and that I would have to try back Monday. She put me on hold in the middle of my sentence and then came back to tell me I could find the contract in my email. That was the first time I had seen the contract, I never agreed to a non refundable deposit.

      I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and distress regarding the surgical procedure performed on April 5, 2024, labeled as AB EX Skin Removal. I was led to believe this was a full tummy tuck, with the expectation of improved body contour and lasting results. I paid a total of $11,886.22 for this procedure, which was to address the upper and lower abdomen as well as the back bra roll area.From the initial consultation, I was strongly persuaded to proceed with this surgery under the assurance that results would be satisfactory and improve over the course of a year. Unfortunately, the outcome has been extremely disappointing. My abdomen remains abnormally hard and swollen, and despite attending all post-operative visits and voicing my concerns consistently, I was repeatedly told the condition would resolve in time.Nearly a year later, I was shocked to learn that the procedure I underwent was not, in fact, a tummy tuck, but simply fat removal. I was advised by the original surgeon that I would now require another procedurethis time removing my belly button and creating an additional vertical scarto achieve the results I was initially promised. When I requested a second opinion from another doctor at the facility, I was told again that I did not have a tummy tuck, and that I should now consider undergoing a proper abdominoplasty at his private practice, at an additional cost.This entire experience has caused me immense emotional distress, physical discomfort, and significant financial burden. I am left with permanent scarring, unresolved medical issues, and the trauma of being misled throughout this process.I am requesting:A detailed written explanation of the procedure that was performed, including why it was represented as a tummy tuck.A full and complete copy of all my medical and surgical records.A formal resolution, which includes a full or partial refund of the $11,886.22 paid.

      June 2024 I received a procedure that I was guaranteed results after 6 months. I went back to the location on all scheduled appointments and expressed my disappointment. I was advised to wait and wait. Finally seen another provider since the one who did my surgery retired. March 20, 2025 I was advised they will do a revision surgery and someone will reach out to me to schedule. April 15th I heard nothing so I reached out and was told someone will follow up with me the next business day. As of today 5/5, still nothing.

My response was that I have lost their trust and I reported their actions. It has nothing to do with the procedure. I was promised a correction and kept being ignored. They didnt care to reach out until I reported them. They are scam artists and played in my face.

They have again discussed her case and offered her to schedule her for her touch up procedure and waive the fee. She was also offered comped Balancer Pro treatments.       I had a lipo procedure done at Sono Bello in ************* by Dr. **** on June 14, 2024. From 4 weeks post op, I had told them how I had been extremely concerned with the rippling. They kept telling me it would improve. During that timeframe, I had seen a plastic surgeon in ************* for a breast augmentation consult who voiced concerns about the rippling as well. Each post op appointment at Sono Bello I continued to voice how dissatisfied I was with the results, and I was told over and over that it was "normal". I finally requested to see Dr. **** at the final appointment. He told me he could correct it an Ab EX and they would have someone reach out to me after I told him how unhappy I was with the results. Extreme rippling and concaving...it looked awful. ******* did reach out a few days later, and when I voiced my concerns over Dr. **** not being a board-certified plastic surgeon, she told me that was not the case and it made her angry when people said that about the doctors there, but I had done my research, and in fact he is a board-certified surgeon. She told me it would cost me almost $5000 more to fix the issue. My fiance and I discussed it and decided to consult the actual plastic surgeon who had done my breast surgeon a few months before, because I was honestly afraid to let anyone who wasn't an actual board-certified plastic surgeon do any type of cosmetic surgery again in fear of what additional damage could be caused. In the end, it cost me $16,500 in corrective surgery to fix the botched liposuction I had done at Sono Bello in *************. I have been told it "looked like a bomb had exploded in my body". My hope is that nobody else would have to suffer through this like I did...the pain of the recovery of the corrective procedure and the cost, on top of the cost of what I paid for the Sono Bello procedure (I have requested my statement with that transaction and will update once I have it) wasn't necessary.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I was contacted by the practice manager and asked to submit documents, which I did. After submitting the requested documents, I no longer received any replies other than this one. I sincerely dont want anyone else to have to go through what I went through. Always ALWAYS make sure you have cosmetic procedures done by a board certified PLASTIC SURGEON, and hopefully you can avoid what I went through. Having a plastic surgeon tell me it looked like a bomb had gone off inside my body from the liposuction I had done at Sono Bello, and having to have major corrective surgery to fix what Dr. **** did to my body. When ****** had contacted me, she said she had looked at the pictures in my chart and wanted to see receipts from the surgery I had to have to correct it and go from thereI provided those along with 2 emails and got no response. I will upload the documents to my BBB contact for this case so that they have access to see everything it says that was done and even labeled as having to correct the liposuction I had done at Sono Bello.

      On April 29th, 2024 I had an ab ex, lower abs, waist, back bra rolls and hips procedure done by Dr. ***** I may have spelled this name wrong. I paid $15.778.50 for everything. I was told that if I wasn't completely satisfied, that I would be taken care of with an extra fee for the OR, . I had followed all directions post op and was looking forward to my new body. I went back to see Dr. **** on October 29th because I had a hard potrusion in my lower abdomen and upper pubic area. I also felt my belly button was not right. I told her my concerns and stated that I felt botched and she said, SO! She them pulled up my before pictures and continued to hold it for me to see while I was talking to her. I started to feel like she was fat shaming me in that, I don't look like I did so I should be happy. I stated that I was not happy once again and asked what could be done. She proceeded to tell me to do some crunches and nothing was wrong with my outcome. At this point I felt like it was somehow my fault and because I was fat, I should just keep my mouth shut. I felt really down about this as she kept holding my before picture for me to see. She didn't seem to care about what I was saying and she was very short with me. I walked out with my husband and feeling shamed. Now it has been exactly one year to the day and I am still dealing with this hard protrusion and weird looking belly button. I feel deformed and now I am going to have to go to another plastic surgeon, pay alot more money to fix what she did to me. I feel that for $15.778.50 I should be almost perfect, but I am no where near that as I am deformed with this hard protrusion and **** looking slant of a belly button. I am doing this now because I felt down about myself for so long afterwards, but now I feel the need to speak and be heard and hopefully no other woman will have to go through being fat shamed by their own surgeon that they paid a large sum of hard earned money to. This is not the result they tout on TV.

      April 4 I paid 2495 for a procedure to have excess skin removed from my stomach area. April 22nd I was told by the provider, Dr. **** that I was misquoted and charged incorrectly by the salesperson, ***** *****, to which he said I should be owed a refund and he would advocate for me. The provider, office manager, salesperson, and area manager all agreed to refunding my money. However they have since stopped taking my calls, all forms of common has seized and I have not gotten a refund. I am only asking to be refunded for work that was first misquoted and two never completed. That in total, $2495. If not refunded within ten days from my original ask, I will file proceedings for the original refund, emotional distress, and other issues stemming from this incident.

      Blotches procedure I paid 11.5k for amazing results just for one area. The surgeon is no longer with the practice and the next surgeon I have met with stated he could do nothing for me. It's still a bulge with knots throughout my tummy and uneven. They will not help I have asked numerous times just to get strung along to act as if they're concerned and they're not

      Thank you for sharing the concern.  We are disappointed to hear Ms. ****** is not satisfied with her results.  As outlined in our consent, results can and do vary, therefore we cannot predict one's level of satisfaction with the final result.  We had Ms. ****** come in and meet with the surgeon who determined her results we optimal and her concerns were with visceral fat that cannot be addressed with additional fat extraction.  The patient is also up 13lbs since her surgery which could affect her overall outcome.  At this time no additional treatment is warranted.

For this reason we offer our patients our Satisfaction Commitment, this commitment which Ms. ****** signed and initialed at point of sales states We understand that no physician can specifically predict or guarantee the final results with cosmetic procedures. Despite the skilled work of our surgeons and a successful procedure that provides a cosmetic improvement, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and dissatisfaction can still occur. Should you find your results to be unsatisfactory, your surgeon would like the opportunity to evaluate your results. If your surgeons evaluation determines there is an opportunity for improvement without compromising your surgical results, we will gladly offer you an additional procedure with only the cost of your surgical facility fee of $2,495. This commitment also states "To qualify for this Satisfaction Commitment, you must: 1. Weigh no more than you did at the time of your original surgical procedure." Ms. ****** met with our surgeon and he determined her results were optimal and her concerns were with visceral fat that cannot be addressed with additional fat extraction. Additionally, Ms. ****** is currently over her original surgical procedure weight. 

      Ms. ****** was sent a Medical Record release form to fill and return to our center last month. We ask that if she completed the form that she please contact our center to check on the status of her records. We look forward to speaking with her.

      I am rejecting this response because: This isn't visceral my tummy is still out hanging over as well as not tight enough. They guarantee their work yet asking me to pay more money for a job I already paid 11k for. Patient satisfaction isn't their top priority but money is. I disagree with having to pay for a job that should have been completed yet kept refusing a revision in the beginning.
