      After meeting with ***** *******, I attempted to reschedule my appointment in ************* due to not being able to get an appointment with my PCP. She would not return my calls. After the appointment with Sonobello doctors, it became clear the 5-7 day recovery would not be possible. Tried to reschedule the procedure, no return calls. My PCP indicated more like a 4-8 wk recovery and would not clear me for this procedure. Not an option as I am sole care giver for my husband w/dementia and Alzheimers. Again, no return calls. Finally she indicated she would send refund request to ****. Was told it would go straight to CC, but only $1400+ recd in the mail and nothing applied to CC. Calls to **** ofc. Said had to go thru PBurg ofc. Said I didnt get procedure so, keeping $2400. I said my *** would not release for this procedure due to the lies she told me about recovery time, knowing I was sole caregiver and had just opened a new business and we were entering busiest time. Had she been honest with me knowing my personal shortcomings, I never would have scheduled such an extensive surgery. I told them at my ****, ** appointment and they said they were waiting on my ***s release and couldnt proceed until they got it anyway and to call ************* to reschedule. Once I learned my *** would not release me for that surgery, calls and e-mails continued and still continue to go unanswered. I indicated in my last email to ***** ******* that I was willing to pay a reasonable consult fee to her and for the *** visit in ****, but keeping the total $2400 is not reasonable in my estimation. Especially since they couldnt do any surgery without my ***s release

On March 14, 2025, Ms. ********* provided our center a note from her doctor not clearing her from surgery. Our center informed her they they will be refunding the remaining funds.       I was informed on my visit with ** on 2/10/25 that the extra skin nearly a year after my procedure does not have a remedy that can be provided by Sono Bello ******/******. The ** told me that he would have to remove the extra skin via surgery and that it probably wouldn't look good because of my tattoo near my hips. He might not even have enough skin to raise my belly button. I am a professional in the exercise industry teaching over 26 pilates classes a week. I cannot even raise my shirt without revealing my the wrinkled skin on my abdomen. The ** suggested non invasive RF and micro-needling which is an extra expense on me even though it's obvious he took too much fat off. When I expressed this in my survey after the appt, a woman called. She basically blamed abnormalities that were hidden under my skin as the problem but continued to state that she understood and speaking for herself and her experiences the extra skin is a trade off for the surgery results of a smaller waist. i completely disagree and do not appreciate her making light of my results and my dissatisfaction. She did apologize and asked how Sono Bello could make it right. She said she would reach out once she figured out what she could do on her end. I said I would think of something as well, but the only thing I can think of is a stipend to out toward RF and micro-needling to attempt to stimulate the collagen to smooth the extra skin.       I feel my liposuction and tummy tuck surgeries have been mishandled. My tummy tuck has ripples, showing that my stomach wasnt properly flattened, causing a noticeable bulge above the incision. My belly button also looks odd and is painful when pressed, which adds to my frustration.I'm upset about my back too. I originally wanted to treat only the lower part, but I was convinced to address the upper back fat, which cost me an extra $2,000 on top of the $10,000 I already paid.The results from both procedures dont match the ads I saw. Even after six to twelve months, I saw no improvement. After a year, I returned to Sono Bello for a revision and contacted my doctor beforehand, but when I arrived, I didnt see him or any staff. Instead, I was told that because I had gained a few pounds, I wasnt eligible for a revision. This was disheartening since I have a hormonal imbalance that causes weight fluctuations, despite my efforts to exercise and eat right.I tried to lose the weight they requested, but was told I needed to lose five pounds within two weeksone year post-surgeryto qualify for a free revision. I couldnt meet that goal, which left me feeling stuck.I entered this process with hope, despite family concerns. I thought the surgeries would help my insecurities, but I still feel uncomfortable. My belly is smaller, but it looks botched, and I often appear bloated. The tightness in my abdomen continues nearly two years later, and the fat on my back hasnt changed. I feel disappointed and regretful about my choices, and ultimately, I just want my money back to seek help elsewhere.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      First thing Im not Ms ***** My name is ******* ****** and I had my initial procedure in May of 2023 and the fact that you are responding saying your sorry that i wont go forward with my surgery when I already had it and it came out botched try to get a revision talk to the doctor and he told me to come in and still I was refused a free revision. If you have read my complaint, you would see Ive already had my surgery. Ive already reached out to the doctor himself per this attachment and came to your office. Drove 3 1/2 hours to get there and I was turned down and now Im living with a botched Lipo and tummy tuck all I want is a full refund of what I paid. Also they mentioned they reached out to me the company has not ONCE reached out to me for any kind of resolution. I just searched my emails and definitely havent received any phone calls. I want to be done worh this business they do not provide the results they advertise. Their ambassadors are their selling point abd honestly i feel scammed.

Patient safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, for this reason we offer our patients our Satisfaction Commitment. This commitment states We understand that no physician can specifically predict or guarantee the final results with cosmetic procedures. Despite the skilled work of our surgeon and a successful procedure that provides a cosmetic improvement, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and dissatisfaction can occur. Should you find your results to be unsatisfactory, your surgeon would like the opportunity to evaluate your results. If your surgeons evaluation determines your results to be deficient,we will touch up the area at no cost to you. One of the requirements to take advantage of this touch up procedure is to be at surgical day weight. Our Practice Manager attempted to contact Ms. ****** after we received her complaint but were unsuccessful in reaching her. She left a voicemail on February 21.       I am rejecting this response because:
      After nearly two years of attempting to work with your team, traveling three hours to your office in hopes of achieving satisfactory results, I have decided that I no longer wish to continue doing business with Sono Bello. 

      The surgical procedure I underwent is a significant matter; it is not comparable to applying makeup that can easily be removed. This is about my body, and I entrusted Sono Bello with my care. Unfortunately, the results have been disappointingmy tummy is not properly tucked, and the back rolls remain. While I acknowledge some improvement in the front, I find it unacceptable that the results do not reflect the quality advertised, especially when others with higher BMIs have achieved far better outcomes.

      I do not wish to pursue a revision, as my trust in your services has been irrevocably lost. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund to sever ties with Sono Bello. I am open to discussing a reasonable settlement, but I want to be clear that I do not want to be placed on another surgical table.

      Its disheartening to feel that the investment of $12,000 for a procedure has resulted in what appears to be botched and bloated results rather than the flat and contoured appearance promised. I am extremely frustrated, especially since no one followed up with me as you indicated in your response.

      I paid $2,000 out of pocket and financed $10,000 through Care Credit, which has been fully paid off. If I were to share images of my results, I doubt that Sono Bello would want to claim them as representative of your work. I hope you can empathize with my situation and consider my request for reimbursement due to my dissatisfaction.

Ms. ****** informed he that she was unsure if she was interested in a touch up procedure, our Practice Manager informed her that we would be able to extend the one year Satisfaction Commitment Policy. Ms. ****** was also offered a complementary Venus treatment session to address her complaints of hardness. Ms. ****** was reminded that per our Financial Agreement we are unable to provide post procedure refunds. Ms. ****** stated she would consider coming back in to meet with our surgeon to address her concerns.       Wow. During our discussion, I made it clear that I am not interested in a revision or the Venus procedure. I want to end my relationship with the company due to the significant time, travel, and money I have invested without satisfactory results.

      I want to clarify that I did not ask for more time to consider my options. I directly communicated to ***** that I wanted a refund, and she did not dismiss this request. Although she mentioned she could not handle financial matters herself, she indicated that she would escalate the issue to someone who could.

      The response I received contains inaccuracies and does not reflect our conversation accurately. It seems the company is not prioritizing customer satisfaction, even after services have been rendered. I felt understood during our discussion, and even thanked her for hearing me out and I was clear in declining the options given to me.

      I am still requesting a refund, and at no point did ***** say that issuing one was against our financial agreement. This was not communicated during our conversation.

      1/28/25-Visited Sono Bello in the city of ******* to set up a free consultation with a doctor to see if I was a candidate for a plastic surgery. The consultant stated that in order to set up an appointment with a doctor it was company policy to get an authorization of payment for what the procedure would cost ahead of time and it would not be charged if I was not a candidate for the procedure. 1/31/25- Appointment was set to see the doctor and review medical issues to see if I was a candidate. Spoke with the doctor that stated my BMI was over 35, I had irregular breathing and tines where my breathing stops when sedated or asleep, irregular blood pressure and therefore I was not a candidate for the procedure. 2/1/25- Noticed that my credit card had been charged $21,000 and I called and asked why it was charged. The sales person said that if the procedure was cancelled after seeing the doctor the customer still had to pay the full amount of the procedure. I asked why? I didnt get the procedure done due to doctor advice that ii was not a candidate due to underlying health issues that put me at risk for severe complications. 2/6/25- Sono Bello stopped responding to my request to get the charge off my credit card as I was told it was only an authorization to see the doctor as a comp any policy.

      Appointment for a consultation only, on 1/31/2025. First, I want to say that your policy on the transaction is not refundableeven if you change your mind was very uncomfortable. I came in for a consultation to see if I was a candidate and then after 90 minutes and her making that comment, I felt stuck. She didnt go over different options, or differences in pricing. I mentioned to her that maybe I should not go forward until I chat with my partner first. She continued on, then continued to charge the fees. I said, "so your only needing to charge the partial payment, and she said, "I already did, and its non refundable."I felt stuck, I still feel pulled into an obligation. I was so uncomfortable knowing that nothing is refundable. At that point I just wanted to back out. I was expecting around $6000 as a cost, and it was almost ****** with no breakdown of the costs, and that was with the special, that was not described either. I am so disappointed in this part of the process. I dont even want to do the procedure, its a horrible feeling to feel stuck in a deal that I was not quite certain I wanted to continue after hearing nothing is refundable. That is horrible service.I am not happy. I left your clinic no longer looking forward to the procedure. It feels over-priced, forced, and pressured, especially knowing that no matter what, your stuck and cant cancel and be refunded. She was very adamant that there was no refund at any time.

      On 10/31/24 I attended Sonobello in *******,** Charge would be $10,000.00 which was authorized by ********** ************ consultant ***** B ****** said I had to decide my plan " by three ******* today, I am going home"Electronic signature was done at home then documents printed at home. The reason for delay for pre op consultation was that the business was moving to new location, sono bello ************************************. On January 8th 2025 Dr ***** and ********** both agreed that I was not a candidate for surgery and told me I would get a full refund. Calls to office **** ***, practice manager, several times, she checked with her manager and said check was sent out to me.Spoke to **** again yesterdat, the plan that was offered to me was FOR ME to stop payment on their check OR provide my bank name and account number **** *** again yesterday promised me that my check will be valid. Nurse clinician ******* ******** forwarded on Jan 8th and Jan 9th to **** that i was not a candidate . ******* stated the company policy was that two doctors had to reject for refund of money. I am respectfully asking for your assistance in this matter and help resolve what was promised to me over and over.

      I had surgery on 7/24/2024 with Dr. **** as my surgeon. I had Abex and lipo on my waist, upper and lower abs and pubic area. Right after surgery I had discoloration of my skin on both sides of my waist. At 5 weeks post op I got a huge lump on my right side and multiple lumps on the other side. Also I have a very large round lump under my belly button. I have consulted 2 other outside surgeons that confirmed that ******* was aggressive in her technique that left me botched. I did everything right post op. I drank enough water and ate properly with enough protein and wore my faja for 3 months. I had multiple lymphatic massages and still self massage every day. It's devastating to pay ****** to have your body ruined forever. I am probably entitled to a revision for a fee but I do not trust them to ever touch my body again. I am going to have to go to a reputable surgeon and spend another ******-12,000 to fix what Dr. **** ruined. DO NOT GO to Sonobello.

      Hello, 


      I do not accept Sono Bello's response to my complaint. My body has been permanently damaged. I have had depression and mental anguish as well. I have spent so much more money trying to fix what Sono Bello damaged to no avail. I will probably have to find another reputable surgeon to fix my disfigured body. It's ridiculous that they are requesting more money from me to fix what they screwed up. The trauma I continue to face regarding this issue is so disheartening. My trust in Sono Bello is long gone. My plan is to tell everyone I come across in person and online to not go to Sono Bello. Unless they can refund some of my money I will not stop telling the world of my horrible experience.

      Thank you for contacting Sono Bello. We are sorry to hear ******** is not satisfied with her surgical results. Our Practice Manager attempted to contact Ms. ***** yesterday, March 18 and left a voicemail asking her to reach out. She again reached out today but has not been successful in reaching her. We ask that Ms. ***** please return her phone call at her earliest convenience to discuss her case.

      Thank you for contacting Sono Bello. We apologize for the communication issues with our center. Our Patient Relations Manager and Practice Manager have reached out to Ms. ***** to discuss her options. Ms. ***** will be meeting with our surgeon to review her results. She also has the option of Venus treatments, she has her first appointment to try Venus treatments on April 17. Her appointment to meet with our surgeon is on May 28th. Ms. ***** understands she is not owed a refund as all services purchased have been rendered. We ask that if she has any further questions or concerns that she please contact our center.
