      The man I talked to claimed we had too many convenience tows. We work on our own vehicles so have them delivered to my farm shop. They dropped us without any prior notification. When I asked for a list of tows, he said that they had already closed the account and it would be aiding and abetting anyway. Aiding and abetting?? What are they, cops?? Illegals?? I thought I wanted to fight this since we had been members since 1952 for the family and ************************************ a cheaper rate and ANY vehicle Im driving. I had to have a RV add on and they still wouldnt haul a vehicle with a canopy or a flatbed at AAA. Beware of them!! Go elsewhere!!

      I got a call and a text that they will pick up my car at 2:56PM is 424 PM. Every time I call AAA they tell me a different story. The last person I talked to got angry at me...not worth it

      Not only do they continuously (and extremely rudely) try to find any excuse to avoid providing service, they also immediately sign you up for their marketing list of physical junk mail. They send countless predatory "life insurance" offers (which I'm guessing is how they make most of their money - taking advantage of and lying to consumers) and package them in unmarked, large, bright orange envelopes to trick you into wasting your time opening them. No amount of effort gets them to stop wasting trees and my time with these.Overall, I can't believe this company is still around, given how awful they've gotten. *************************************** but now, it's just a complete waste of your time and money, just a money grab. Just pay the tow company out of pocket or buy third-party roadside assistance with your car insurance - it's way cheaper, and you won't be pulling your hair out dealing with their useless and rude "customer support" people while you're stuck on the side of the road. Can't wait for these guys to go bankrupt at last.

      I just recently was rejected for towing and told that I could not have my car towed to anywhere except for an auto shop. I have a friend of a friend who is a mechanic and works from his house and only lives up the road. Car is dead at my residence. So no residence to residence allowed. Now we will have to illegally use a tow strap to get my car there as I cannot afford the $200.00 for tow company PLUS my car repairs. Give me a BREAK!!

      It is my experience there is something broken with *** customer service processes and customer service agent training and references, which could be improved. I've had mixed experiences with customer service agents, the last one with huffing and puffing, ticks, snears, other unprofessional responses, which could be remedied with additional training and factual reference material. It helps no one to be misinformed, as well as a customer misrepresented. Both a *** customer service representative and a tow company representative can type whatever they want in a customer record, and those entries are referenced in a dispute or not so pleasant review.It is my understanding there are multiple towing services contracted with ***. *** contacts the first service on the list. If the contracted towing service cannot (for whatever reason) reach the *** customer at a reasonable timeframe (quoted at 90 minutes but cannot arrive within 3 hours), the tow company can contact *** and inform them of the delay as there are other tow companies that can be dispatched (there's a list), to support the customer.Instead the tow company contacts the customer and informs them of the delay, and if the delay is so long that a service cannot be provided, the tow company leads the customer into cancelling the request. Hence the customer record indicates a "cancelled request" -- which is not true or accurate, and the service request has not been fulfilled.If another tow service could be dispatched to support the customer, then why not?

      I respect AAA because I upgraded my membership but after going on a long, arduous road trip by myself (77 year old single woman) and finding they couldn't help me find a route that was less than 80 mph, and a budget motel, I asked them for a refund and they gave it to me.

      We have had AAA for many years and have always had good and prompt service. They always keep us informed and their policies clearly stated. I think only dissatisfied customers are bothering to post reviews so I will post a positive review in all fairness.

      I called at 6:15pm today to have someone come out to replace my battery. An hour later, a rep called me to ask if I was in a safe location, when I said yes, she said they were still looking for an available driver. I called them at 8pm; waited on HOLD for 20 min only to be told they still havent found a driver. When I asked about just getting a tow, the rep said it would be ever LONGER!!! I have been a PLUS MEMBER since 2015 with NO claims, and treated like THIS!!! At 8:30pm, I called OReilly Auto Parts and explained my situation and THEY CAME and changed out my battery. At 8:55pm, I got a text saying driver would be there by 9:30. When the driver called me, I told him I was already SAFELY at home, THANKS to OReilly Auto!!!! The driver sounded stoned, and just laughed!!! I WILL BE CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP AND EXPECT MY COST TO BE REIMBURSED, as well as contacting my attorney about filing a lawsuit.

      I tried to cancell my memvership today after decades of membership and expected to get a prorated refund for th eremainder of the year . Their policy is to not refund if not requested in the first month. This practice is predatory and if not illegal, should be.

      My car broke down, fortunately I was able to park it at BTC student parking lot. I called for towing 2pm, I was told to expect towing 2:15pm-4:45pm (2 1/2 hrs). At 4:30pm when I hadn't heard anything, so I called again. Then, it was clear they had not called towing company. Then, told me that it will be another 60 min. My dealership was closing at 6pm, but was allowing me to tow my car there until 8pm. So I waited 90 more minutes, now it's 6:30pm. I call again, and while I was calling, a tow truck drives by so fast, I didn't have time to hang up and catch them. Although I told the AAA operator, the tow truck driver never slowed down. And, clearly he was lost, and didn't bother to look at my electric blue car with the hood open to catch attention. I called again, now I'm told, they will dispatch another tow truck, but will be at 7:45pm. I asked where they were planning to tow my car? The dealership was going to be closed. ****** (the operator) told me that that was my problem, and AAA was not going to tow my car twice. He said this as if they had no responsibility. I am shortening the turn of events, I was on the phone with at least 5 operators, and none were helpful, no one took accountability, they did NOT treat me with any respect, and I was stranded for 7 1/2 hours. AAA let me sit next to my car for 7 1/2 hours, waiting. I finally got so tired, I cancelled my request, call my family to come and get me, and got the car towed next morning by a local towing company. They apologized for being 5 minutes late. AAA put me a dangerous situation, and it was clear they never dispatched a towing truck. Tried to tell me that Bellingham was a busy place. I have lived in this town for 25 years, IT IS NOT BUSY!!They were negligent, and potentially endangered my safety. They never took accountability for it, and did nothing to remedy the situation. No one should EVER use AAA for towing.
