      Got a letter saying our household was cancelled permanently. They wont tell us why. I called. I sent a letter requesting information. Nothing. They refuse to tell me why. Weve paid for premier membership. It seems like they should have to tell you why.

      Was totally surprised to call AAA for a tow with my car that wouldn't start at my home, and was REJECTED for a tow. Their reason was due to high volumes they would only support roadside requests, not residences. They said they needed to put a priority on unsafe conditions first. Makes sense, however, but to the best of my knowledge, I don't remember this exception in their towing agreement. I'm a Plus member since 2008 and have never been rejected for towing.... until now. So, to add insult to injury with my car broke down, I had to pay an unexpected $216 for a tow truck to tow my car for 8 blocks (approx. a mile) out of pocket. (Minimum charge of $185/hr PLUS fees.) I'm sending the receipt and a form back to AAA (expect 3-4 weeks) to get reimbursed but after being treated this way I wonder if I'll see anything from them. They aren't the company they used to be. Heads up! I also wonder if there are any pending class action suits over this.... They get a one star for answering their phone and being cordial

      Great if you need a map.Absolutely terrible if you need roadside assistance with your RV Weve needed help 3 times Every time AAA failed to assist **. BTW, AAA of Washington wont even talk to you if you need help in ******, ***** and many other states. Not worth the money.

      Absolutely horrible company do not use!!! Try Good **** instead. We are in ** and have BCAA which is AAA in the States. We pay extra for RV plus. Our Motorhome broke down outside of Winthrop and we were stranded. AAA did not help AT ALL. Just filed a BBB Complaint and have called BCAA to get my towing fees back will then cancel the membership.

      ***** in the ********** was responsible for booking flights for my two minor children. She was supposed to send their itineraries to me but has not and they are flying soon. Their ridiculously technologically stunted father is completely incapable of downloading an app let alone email so I asked her nicely to send those to me. Obviously there is no care or concern for my children from either their father or this woman who promised him theyre safe traveling with an attendant but cant handle a simple task of emailing an itinerary or the pin that I NEED to pick up my children!!!?? *****- this is on your shoulders if I cant get my kids

      Coordinating family travel is difficult, and the AAA Washington travel team is here to help whenever we can. While we did receive an inquiry from the childrens father, no tickets were ever booked with AAA and Ms. ******** was advised as such.

      AAA required us to upgrade to their Premier membership to cover an RV we purchased. ********** 4 months later and they refuse to give us a refund or credit toward future membership cost. This is a very shady business practice since they REQUIRED us to pay for the upgrade. Also, if you move to another state, you'll move to another club and they all have different "policies". They can't even transfer memberships until the existing one expires. We moved from *****, still have a Washington AAA club and cannot be transferred to ****** until next April (?!). AAA is completely inflexible and their employess have been quite rude. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I suggest obtaining roadside coverage through your auto insurance.

      AAA of Washington is a joke! My son got a flat tire along HWY 101 15 miles south of ******** Lodge. He did not have the tool to lower the tire on his F150 truck. Bad traffic whizzing by, a baby and AAA said there was no service for the area. That they would reimburse if we call our own.. No internet there and spotty cell service to look up our own Help for something I have been paying for 6 family members for 20 years plus! Drove another car up to ******************* and found someone there with a **** Truck and borrowed their Tool! Thankfully got it fixed with that .. Why do I pay all this money for so many years for NO SERVICE. According to their records, they did contact a Towing outfit out of Forks but he had no tool either! AAA said they called back but we received no call. We called AAA to tell them we fixed it and was told there was NO RECORD of Service Call...But today I am told there is a record on it.. Something is just Fishy about this whole thing! They are suppose to have 24 hr service 365 days a week ! My son called at 4am a couple of months ago in Tacoma on Freeway and was told there was so service available and would have to wait 3 hours. He was on his way to work in ******* .What is going on with this company? I may cancel everyone's membership. Why pay all this money every year for just a 10% Motel discount!

      (PLEASE READ!!!)TO ALL CURRENT MEMBERS AND FUTURE MEMBERS, It is not guaranteed that you will always get 24/7 roadside assistance so be aware of that to any future members. For in my area AAA only has three locksmith contractors and unlucky for me none of them wanted to work past 7:00 p.m. on a Tuesday evening to help my 7 yr old daughter and i stranded.... But waited to the last 10 minutes of the service time frame in which they would be there to tell me that they were not able to provide a locksmith and when I questioned it they basically gave me no answers no explanation to me I can't understand that if my daughter and I were in an unsafe area and we needed to get a key made for a car at 7:00 in the evening I find it so hard to believe that those contract providers still hold contracts with the company! I would think that they would lose some contracts leaving a dad and his daughter left with no options and they showed absolutely no effort in helping resolved the situation and get us the service that is what sales the consumer on the product. 24 HOUR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE!!Now I don't know about anybody else but I think that that is what sells us on the whole membership and I will say that it has helped me out many times which WHY IT BLOWS ME AWAY OF WHAT HAPPENED NEXT, IN THIS SERVICE FAILURE!NOW I DON'T KNOW IF ANYBODY ELSE OUT THERE ARE PARENTS, but if you have kids and you're left stranded by a company in which you pay a membership to and for, fails you and does not provide service to help you get home with your child. But I almost guarantee every other person would feel the same way! However after me wondering, then asking how and why they werent prepared with a plan B! And a complete lack of effort to try to help. I was told by the supervisor and I quote " I you don't like the service we provide, I'll just cancel your service!"So she did!!And I've never felt more like an insignificant consumer and I'm only one and I didn't matter
