  Buyer beware!!! This place is a grossly understaffed, incompetent operation. If you are looking to rent a timeshare in the next 4 weeks, back away! The likelihood that they will be able to pull it off if there are any minor complications whatsoever (like the owner misspelled a name, or something equally trivial) is LOW. They will keep you on the hook with promises to verify the reservation with the owner and double-check the transfer, all while you wait and forego other time shares or reasonably priced hotel rooms. They will NOT pick up the phone and will subject you to an ever changing stable of agents who arent up to speed or taking prompt action. They will promise you that they will put you in touch with an owner directly one day and then withhold that information when you actually demand it. Sketchy!!!!! Stay away!!!

  I had four units to rent, and all are rented. I will provide information on payment within a month, because should have all payments into my account within one month. This is the ultimate test on their benefit in using Red Week.

  Such a scam, they say they have a buyer, make you pay a fee for verification. Then all of sudden the buyer falls through?! This should be the buyers responsibitly to hold them accountable. Such a scam. Do not use them.

When renters use our online booking, per the rental agreement terms, the agreement does not go into effect until our staff performs final verification on the booking.   Redweek has been a complete disappointment. **************** is 0 stars. We applied to sell our 2 time share weeks and we filled out everything and did what the agent told us. Then the agent tells us we werent supposed to fill out parts which they did not make us aware of. Then once we returned it to them it took them weeks to send it in again. They finally sent it in and said it didnt get sent in after already waiting weeks because of the agent going on vacation. Then a knew agent had to send it in and take over for that agent. Long story short the other agent was no longer with the company after that. Then the resort took a long time returning it back to redweek. All this is happening while our time to rent the property is shrinking and we are losing time for a buyer to purchase the property and be able to use the weeks for the year. Unfortunately by the time they finalized everything our weeks to rent were out of time to be rented. This gives little incentive for a buyer to purchase the property since they cant use the weeks that year. And we had no time to start a listing to rent because we were waiting for redweek to list the property. So now we cant even rent the property ourselves and we have to pay the maintenance fee. We need compensation of $6000 and more for a potential lost sale because of the incompetence of the agents. **** never use this company again and will go to the local tv station and contact a lawyer as well. Just list your property with someone else or yourself. It will be faster and more reliable.
