  Three stars, for my previous 8 years of renting through RedWeek, I would have given 5 stars, no question about it. Very easy way of renting our timeshares each year. This rental season, I would have marked 1 star!!! Redweek has instigated a new set of listing options, without notice to customers. Internet listings are now placed in 2 locations, one I will call First Class. This would be the normal place to find a listing in years past. Couldn't find my 2 listings, finally found a rep on the phone who had me scroll thru the entire year, 2023, and found my listings (and many others) on a secondary list. To be fair, these listings can be found if renters search my month. Going to a management rep did not help and took 5 days to respond. FINALLY, found a rep on the telephone that patiently led me to understand the new process. Point is, I did not want to use Redweek's contract and have them collect money to be given to me after renter checked in. They charge the Renter a fee for using a credit card. I did not want this system. I have always rented our varified timeshares directly with the renter via the Redweek listing. This move by Redweek is a money maker for them, not for the owner of the timeshare. Results: rented 1 using Redweek contract (in order not to be put back on the Second Class list), rented the other week directly to a client, negotiating the price with him. I see RedWeek in now expanding into the total travel business. I am so very sorry to see this company change. ******************

  I've used Redweek at least 4 times to rent out our time share. They are great. They provide a valuable service both to renters as well as time share owners. They make the process super easy for time share owners in how to offer their reservations rentals, walking us through each step. Several times I've had to reach out to their support people and I've always found them courteous and helpful. They provide a valuable service to the renter to give some assurance and protection that their vacation will go off without a hitch.I also used Redweek to purchase additional time share points through their marketplace, and it was likewise a great experience.I highly recommend Redweek for anyone looking to rent or buy a time share.

  This is the second time using their service and was able to successfully rent three units through them. The process was easy and I was able to track all updates online in addition to the emails that were sent.

  I have not had any problems with any bookings. This is my first year with RedWeek; now I have to see the flow in then they a 100% evaluation from me. Like I said so far so good; now I have to the money.

  We use Redweek to help us rent the weeks we have reserved but don't want to use. It is a great service for owners and makes it easy for renters to find affordable vacations. It isn't like reserving a hotel room, so renters need to be aware of that since the renter and the owner are in direct contact after the offer is accepted.
