    I ordered 4 swimsuits from them, followed the return policy to return as they did not fit and they requested in poor English that I send photos to prove this. Completely inappropriate. I am requesting the refund be completed and I think their ethics need to be looked into- this is concerning if they are selling swimsuits and requesting women send pictures.

    I purchased several swimsuits on 2/21/24. These items were shipped on 2/26/24 and I received them on 3/7/24. I tried on the swimsuits but was unhappy with both the quality and fit so I sought to return them for a refund. Per the websites return policy I have 15 days from date of receipt to return the items for a refund minus the cost of shipping. The website provides an email to contact to request a refund. I emailed them on 3/12/24 to request a refund and since then have gone back and forth everyday with them trying to get a refund. I explained my reasons for requesting a refund and was instead asked if I checked their measurements provide before ordering. They also stated that they didn't send the incorrect size which I never said they did. I again replied answering their questions and again requesting a refund. My last response from them was them telling me to keep the items, that they would give me 15% compensation because it would cost me money and time to return the items. As my orders was about $100 I'm not ok with this. I again emailed them back requesting a refund that I will pay the shipping cost as required as it will be way less than what my order total was. There is no phone number for this company for me to call and email is my only option. I realize at this point I might not get my money back but want to make sure others are aware of their bad practices and suspicious setup. I found this company through an advertisement on instagram.

    This business appears to be "fake" or a fraud. I found the Sunikini website online and it seemed to have some cute swimsuits. I purchased three swimsuits on 4/16/23 for $88 total. I received an email that the items shipped on 4/21/23. It took the items quite a while to arrive (they arrived on 5/5/23). There was no order information or receipt in the bag. I tried on the swimsuits and they did not fit (too small) so I visited the Sunikini website to see how I could process a return (their return policy is attached). I have been going back and forth with them for days now and they refuse to send me an address where I am to send my return (emails attached). They are not following their own return policy. This has been a big headache and a horrible consumer experience. I feel that others need to be warned about the lack of professionalism and potential scam that this company/website practices.

    I ordered 3 bathing suits and 2 coverups from this company approx. 4 weeks ago. I never received a confirmation email. Half of the items were delivered to my house 3 weeks after I purchased them and they are terrible! They are cheap, ill fitting, look nothing like on the website. The other half of my order has not even been delivered! **************** is a joke - based out of another country and dont write clearly or professionally. I have a feeling I wont be reimbursed for these piece of s*** items I purchased and they will happily take my $163. What a scam!

    I placed an online order for 3 bathing suits from this company. They didnt fit and were terrible quality. When I wrote to customer service to request a return/exchange in accordance with their website return policy, they requested pictures, which I provided, then provided this response:Hi ,thanks for your pic , sorry for the sets did not meet your requirement , now , if you want to return , we will accept it , but you should sent the package to our aftersale department , it is ovesea , so shipping fee will be high , so for the sets , wish you can keep it ,and we will apply some compensation to you , ok ?thanksThis companys policy on their website is incredibly misleading and they really should change it.Thank you,*************************
