  TERRIBLE experience. Suits are cheap. When I emailed to return the suits that did not fit, they still would not provide the return address after four email exchanges. I finally filed a dispute with the credit card company and they then provided the return address. It turns out returning the suits from the US costs half or more of the purchase price. Don't order from them!!!!One star only because I am not allowed to select none.

  Company operates outside of **. They do not honor express shipping even though you pay for it. I have been waiting a month to receive my purchase.

  Tried to return two swimsuits; they gave me the run around multiple times. Didn't deliver third swimsuit and did not receive a refund. This company is a hoax.

  So very disappointed with this company. My package was lost in the mail and they refused to help or replace at all. We went back and forth on email and they just kept sending the same response - heres your tracking number, take care of it yourself. I called **** multiple times and they said it had returned to sender. I sent this information to sunikini and they continued to disregard me. They never offered to do anything to make it right. They took my money and refused to refund me or reissue the order. If you care about customer service, do not order from this company.

  I should have researched this company before making a purchase...ordered 2 swimsuits, both were too big. Followed website steps to email regarding making a return. Email reply in very poorly written, unprofessional language accused me of not referencing the size charts. Continued request for return location lead to response that I had to pay for shipping on the return or I could keep the items and have a "15% compensation." DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.

  Terrible customer service. They say they will offer a refund if they do not work, but they do not. I ordered my suits in January and shipped them back to ***** on my dime on Jan. 25, 2024. I still have not received a refund or any further communication from them. Very poor quality, fit and customer service. STAY AWAY

  DO NOT PURCHASE! False advertising: 1. They said their products will arrive in 7-10 days but it takes weeks as they are sent DHL from *****. 2. All their product pages advertise free returns but buried in the fine print, they state customer is responsible for return shipping and will not help with returns so it ends up costing more to ship back than the product is worth.

  Ordered three swim suits from them. Took a long time to receive them because they ship them directly from *****. I had requested the order be canceled but they shipped it anyway. Received the items and the items are nothing like what is pictured on the website. Very cheap material so thin you can see through it dry. Not to mention they are way to small. I requested a return and they first emailed me back with this response.Hello,Thanks for your reply , sorry for this items did not fit you , actually for return , customer should pay for the shipping fee , so for this item , we suggest you can keep it for your side , then we can apply some 15% compensation to you ,you keep the clothes ,is that OK ?because it takes time and shipping to send back and also need pay for extra cost,Thanks I then told them I would like to return for full refund and this was the response.
