Total scam. The **** does not expire next month, the earliest one can even file for renewal is not until 2026.

Happy I looked this up because I was just about to send them a check for the renewal of my Trademark but something about it made me want to double check as I didn't remember the office being in Bothell WA... and they didn't give complete payment information details so I needed to look them up to clarify and found this.... Someone should really stop them.

I received a "Pending Trademark Cancellation" in the mail recently from "Patent & Trademark Office" in *******, ***I read it and contacted my usual Trademark lawyer who said "It is Spam. You can throw it out. USPTO will not mail you renewal reminders."This company's name, "Patent & Trademark Office," is close enough to the real thing: US Patent and Trademark Office, (USPTO) the official umbrella organization of the US government. This fraudulent company told me my trademark is about to expire and the renewal date is July 31, 2024. My trademark attorney said my renewal date is July 31, 2026.They also wanted me to pay them $1720. I see other complaints on this list of people who actually paid and can't get their money back. This is actually worse than a scam. It's an office impersonating an important US government office. I think they really need to be charged/punished.

They mail out BOGUS fliers mimicking USTPO. They only want money. Very Pathetic!

Extremely misleading fliers and sky high prices vs. what is really required. Why are companies like this allowed to exist?

I received a letter from the "Patent & Trademark Office." It appears to be a scam to renew a trademark by sendinf them money or pending trademark cancelation.

This business is pure Fraud. The phone number on their fraudulent letter is disconnected. The letter states that the "insert trademark here" will expire on *** 15, 2024. EXCEPT that the trademark isn't expiring and the earliest any documents can be filed is *** of 2026. This is not a governmental agency and is taking advantage of businesses that just don't know any better. Can the ** of WA do anything about these people?

Complete ***** ******* sent me a letter telling me that my Trademark will expire if I don't pay them $1,090. My trademark is only two years old and is good to 8 more years. Plus, we all know the correct address for the real ***** office so they must think some people are fools. Do not send these people your money, they are scam artists.
