Just confirming what others have said -- this company is sending out scam letters titled "Pending Trademark Cancellation." According to *****.gov, this is one of the places known for sending out scam letters.

Notice from them stated that "Your trademark is about to expire. Renewal date: Feb. 13, ****", which is completely false. They wanted to charge $1720.00 to renew. My trademark does not need to be renewed until ****.

DON'T DO IT!!! They sent a 1k+ bill *** Year after my tm was granted. According to the OFFICIAL ** PATENT OFFICE... Required filings You must file these documents within these deadlines to keep your trademark registration alive:Between the fifth and sixth years after the registration date File a Declaration of Use and/or Excusable Nonuse under section 8 Between the ninth and 10th years after the registration date File the first Declaration of Use and/or Excusable Nonuse and an Application for Renewal under sections 8 and 9 Every 10 years after that (between the 19th and 20th years, 29th and 30th years, etc.) File subsequent Declarations of Use and/or Excusable Nonuse and an Application for Renewal under sections 8 and 9

Correspondence falsely claimed that my trademark may expire unless I paid $1610 by December 1, 2023. I agree with the comments from others below.

This company is barely legal. The only way they are even remotely skirting the line is by including one single line in section 9 of the document they send that states "Patent & Trademark Office us a private company, not associated with any official governmental organizations." If you receive a letter from them absolutely contact the Washington State Attorney General and file a complaint. I am almost certain that the presentation of this scam would constitute insufficient notice that this is not a governmental agency. I would love the option to leave photos with a review in the future, because I would like to be able to upload this document with the red flags highlighted so people know what to look for, but just know that ALL communications for the ***** will be coming from **********, **, not ****************.
