I ordered 2 shirts and a sticker for the total amount of 46 dollars and some change. After a week I reached out to the company, as the website stated shipping would take place in 3-4 business days. The order was placed on July 13, 2024. I have called, emailed, text left messages. Can not get anyone to return any type of correspondence on this matter. I made a purchase online for a father's day present. This was done on 6/10/24. I purchased a hat, t-shirt, and flag for $59.97. I received confirmation of the order - #****** and advised that I will receive notification once it is shipped. On 6/20/24, I still hadn't received shipping notification so I reached out to them via email for status. *************************, CSR, replied a short time later that the order was ready and was being shipped out within the next day or two. On 6/25/24 I still hadn't received shipping notification so I emailed them again to get a tracking number. I did not receive a response. Yesterday, 6/26/24, I emailed them again and also sent a text message. Again, no response. They have gone silent, I have not received notice of any shipment, nor has a shipment been delivered.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item from a website March 6th and due to the way their page was set up I chose the wrong color on that item. I emailed them for resolution and they promptly responded w instructions to send it back. I did. And when I reached back out for the correct color they told me it was out of stock and that they would contact me when they had it back in stock. Since then they have never restocked it so iv settled for same hat but a color they do have in stock currently on their web page and asked them to send that one instead but I have never received a response back after 5 emails. I paid $25 for original item plus $5 to send it back.Initial Complaint

On 3/24/24 I placed an order. I accidently hit qty 2 and doubled my order. Which made my total $199.80. I immediately emailed the company to let them know I meant to order qty 1. They responded that my order would be updated and new price is $99.80. However, my account was charged $199.80. I ordered 3 caps the first week of March. I received a single cap with the incorrect embroidery on it on Sat March 16th. I started email correspondence on Monday the 18 indicating the issue to which they eventually responded and wanted a picture of the cap I was sent, which I sent immediately. They have apologized and stated that they will give me 15% off my next order. Im not ordering anything else until I get the hats Ive ordered. Since then they have not responded to any emails or texts. The customer service representative that has responded to emails has been an *************************. I have pictures of orders with the correct caps as well as pictures of the wrong cap they sent me. The order # associated with this is ******.
