      Employee following me around store. At register rushes up to my face calling me a *****. I had a receipt for every item in the basket. Employee insisted I was a ***** and kept threatening to call police if I did not cooperate. Hours later employee never did paperwork on me being a *****. I had requested a female ****** employee and myself out of the store to the truck as I did NOT feel safe with this Crazed Costco Employee. All the way out to my truck Crazy Costco employee kept saying it doesn't pay to steal.... over and over and over. Taking pictures of my truck. The boys attitude inside/outside is Slander. Not at all with costco employees job. Will NOT be back to Costco anyplace. It's called NEXT Vendor... ********* Commissary/Navy Commissary/****** Commissary/ K-Bay Commissary. Even **** club. But, NEVER to Costco with crazy employees on the payroll. Little fella wanted to fight, NOT do his job. Little fella NEVER stated I was NOT a *****. Just kept up with the arguing. Need to seriously RETRAIN the little fella. Also provide DIRECT supervision. Little fellas has aggressive child like behaviors. Boy needs mental health. NOTE: Little fella kept belittling my military service. I am NOT in the habit of dealing with ignorant. NOT getting to deal with ignorant anymore. Next stop is the Costco CEO.

      Costco Bridgewater Store #322.
      During my visit to the self-checkout area, I encountered an employee named Eli who displayed an appalling lack of patience and professionalism. His behavior was not only rude but also laced with profanity, which is entirely unacceptable.

      While I was scanning my items, Eli approached and began scanning the larger items in my cart without any prior communication. His abrupt intervention caused confusion, and when I tried to place already scanned items in the weighing area, it triggered a system error. Eli lost his temper and repeatedly used offensive language, including the F-word, “What the f**k did you scan?” and he continued to use similar language throughout our interaction.

      Initially, I chose to ignore his inappropriate behavior, hoping it was a one-time lapse. However, after completing the scanning, the system required assistance again. Eli returned and once more used offensive language, saying, “What the f**k is going on? What the f**k did you do?” I finally confronted him about his behavior and requested to speak with manager.

      Eli then apologized, citing fatigue from working all day as an excuse. It is unacceptable to treat customers in such a manner, regardless of their personal circumstances.

      I cannot help but wonder if Eli’s behavior was racially motivated. I observed him assisting other customers, who were white, without any of the hostility or profanity he directed at me. It was only after I demanded to speak with his manager that he began to apologize. This raises the question: would I have been subjected to such humiliation and mistreatment if I had not stood up for myself? Such behavior is indicative of racism, and it is unacceptable.

      When the manager, Aida G, arrived, I explained the situation to her. To my dismay, she simply told Eli, “It’s okay,” and allowed him to continue working with other customers. This response suggests that such behavior is tolerated at this Costco location, which is deeply concerning.

      I went to costco to make a purchase in the absence of my husband. I was refused service because I didn't have my husband who is the card holder. I was told he needs to add me to the card. How does one house hold use two memberships? Even offered to show my ID so they see we have the same address. They said it's a new system where they are trying to get more members. But it doesn't make sense that because I want to go to costco for a quick shop run I have to wait for my husband. Another time I tried again I was told I will pay $60 in addition to the purchase I am making. We pay $120 every for our membership. Since we got married I have been using his card with or without him. This is what is happening in all costco warehouse. Because they want to increase their membership. This is unacceptable and I would like this to be looked at.

      I had to upgrade my kitchen countertop so received Costco special service for the same. Order date on 01/24/2024, after couple of days some handymen visited and replaced the countertops with number of issues that listed below- 1. Installation is not up to the ***** it is not satisfied as we were expecting from Costco and their contractors.2. Handymen has damaged my kitchen's drywall during the countertop installation 3. According to the sales representative, the countertop will look exactly the same and ready to use though it is not. Seems that measurement has not been done professionally as I noticed there is a 0.5 inch gap that is clearly visible.4. Handyman does not seal the gaps between a drywall and countertop, they mentioned not having clogs/glue.5. Sales representative also had mentioned fixing the cabinet part when he stopped by here though cleverly he did not mention it in the agreement.6. Finishing and measurement is not good I reached out to Costco to raise a complain they created and closed the complain without any solution after a week. I followed up by mentioning that issue has not been addressed though no response. I sent dozens of email and reminder to the special order teams with reminders and called several times to Costco complaint customer care and each time they said will get back to me in ***** hours though issue has not resolve even after almost 2 months.

      A Costco worker from *********** ** accused my husband of opening a bag of chocolates, this person's way of doing things was not the best. He wanted us to pay for something we didn't do, he said he would check the cameras and if true he would take away our membership. NOTHING OF THAT WAS SEEN ON THE CAMERAS!! THIS PERSON NAMED ****** and ******* NEVER APOLOGIZED. I spent $500 this day, why wouldn't I pay for a $8 bag?This has been the worst experience I have ever had at Costco, I had my daughter with a disability who felt scared, they made me waste my time, so in the end they never asked me for an apology. I took it as racism

      During a Friday night visit in November 2023 I was told that I could upgrade my membership from the basic to the premium membership occurring no renewal until 2025. This is something that I took the staff members word for!Fast forward to today and in my bank account I can see that $129 has been debited as a renewal. This prompted myself to go to the store and ask for what I have been promised as well as a refund of the $129.Upon arrival the customer service team were very friendly in trying to help resolve the issue and eventually agreed to refund the $129 fraudulent taken.Furthermore the issue I had is the Manager who seamed to be the decision maker didnt come to the customer service area explaining to me why they decided to refund me and not provide the membership as promised loosing a customer.The other issue is that though this whole upgrade process I was issued no paperwork with any renewal date. Its astonishing to me that a business such as Costco doesnt have a basic paperwork trail as at the customer service desk it very much was my word against the company.Up until this point I had enjoyed being a Costco member but with underhanded sales processes, lack of paperwork and a manager who wont talk the the customers had made my mind up of moving my business to another company.

      That tire shop is so beyond inept at doing the simple things correctly and then wronged me multiple times after damaging my vehicle. The fact that they were trying to save a few hundred bucks on a customer who they wronged (I also spend 10k+ a year at Costco) and never got *** apologized once for any misunderstanding at all, tells you all you need to know. Go literally anywhere else for your tire needs.

      While I fully acknowledge that ****** shades are custom shades and non-refundable, the installer (Indigo Blinds) has taken full advantage of Costco's policy by providing terrible installation and customer serviceknowing that the customer has no recourse. I complained initially about the installation and Indigo Blinds responded by adding side channels to hide the unprofessional installation. Those side channels have progressively caused premature fraying along the sides of the shades. I contacted Indigo Blinds hoping for a resolution, and they responded by indicating they would come out to my house the following week to take photos and investigate the issue. Two weeks later, I received another email from Indigo Blinds indicating the representative had shingles and was unable to make it until the following week. When another two weeks passed, I attempted to recontact Indigo Blinds and they have refused to respond.Again, I understand that these custom shades are non-refundablebut that is no excuse to lie to your customers and provide shoddy installation and very poor customer service. The inflated cost of these shades simply doesnt match the deflated quality. Indigo Blinds is certainly not doing Costco any favors. As a Costco member, I would ************* professional service from their partners.

      I purchased a washing machine from Costco since I had been so pleased with Costco. It was delivered on 2/23/24. The hose was too short, so I had to order an attachment. Then, when I connected it, it did not work. I now have to wait an entire week to have a service person come out to check it, as that is the soonest a person can come. I am beyond livid. I don't understand how a company like Costco cannot have service people who are more readily available. I also learned that if it indeed is not working properly that I will have to order a new one . I will be without a washing machine for, at best, a week.When I called customer service four times, I was told the same thing.I am disgusted and would never recommend anyone to purchase an appliance from Costco.

      My road hazard has cost me almost ****** when it should be zero. Tire was under 3 months old. Don't buy tires from Costco.
