      I switch my prescriptions to Costcos nice program, ******* took her time got me all straightened out, the second time I was there I had ******* that helped me, the employees at Costcos are so friendly and very helpful! My daughter was returning a skirt, *** was the lady taking care of her, very sweet and explained about my credit, also a smile on her face.

      I am ************************************************************************************ early March, I learned that someone had somehow used a duplicated EBT card of mine and purchased $2,700 worth of products from 2 separate Costco locations in Southern California. I live in ************* and have never lost my EBT card. After I had notified the Costco loss prevention team regarding the theft, I was told that the investigation had revealed that the fraudulent transactions on my moms card along with many other fraudulent EBT transactions of others were conducted by organized crime. And they were able to trace all these fraudulent transactions back to one single Costco membership card. However, what didnt make sense was how did Costcos security system allow these fraudulent transactions to happen in the first place? Shouldnt it have detected that one single Costco membership was used pairing with numerous different EBT cards to conduct transactions over thousands of dollars each time. The most disappointing part was that knowing this had happened to an elderly citizen who really needed this money for everyday groceries, they refused to refund me the money that was stolen. I even emailed Costcos CEO ************************* and he simply responded with a generic letter stating that Costco did nothing wrong in this situation. Costco makes billions of dollars of revenue and they are unwilling to refund the money that was stolen from me because their security system has serious flaws.

      Ordered Apple airpods received and kept in box as my daughter had gotten in trouble tried to return it. As I had recieved a digital gift card from my work I used it to purchase the airpods . I told them to return it to the card didn't ask for cash or anything but was informed they needed to see the card my order couldn't be found even as I showed them the order on my phone on their website. Then suddenly I didn't purchase it as the order was under my Brother's account and we are only half brothers different last names. Even though my name is on the account the billing address is under my name I am obviously a scammer and a thief. I offered to show them the digital card but they wanted to see the irl card. I deeply feel if I was Caucasian these questions would not be asked.

      I booked a vacation package through Costco. It took almost an hour for me to get picked up from the airport. It also took me 5.5 hours to figure out my transportation to the airport. I lost all my morning plans on the last day of vacation because I had to deal with transportation problems! My child was so hungry because we were so late to get breakfast for him. I was transferred several times from representative to representative.

      Purchase a ** Refrigerator online from Costco, purchase the extended warranty. The refrigerator stop working June, 2022, the warranty I purchase is for 5 years. If I can give It has been a complete nightmare with Costco and trying to use the wanrranty that I purchased. The refrigerator comes with a 5 year warranty with **, Costco claims the warranty is for 3 years and charge the customer for an additional 2 years, for as Costco claims it is an extension.I have been transfered from one customer service person and another, it has been a complete nightmare. Warning do not purchase any large applicance from COSTCO. I had to call my home warranty to get my refrigerator repaired.

      We ordered a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and stove through Costco. It has been a disaster with all three.The washer/dryer were poorly installed and flooded our laundry room/basement. They wont replace until mid-September and are unwilling to refund us ANY money for the trouble. We grew so frustrated with the customer service after two weeks of back and forth that we canceled everything and will start over somewhere else. Still waiting on refund and damage claim.Dishwasher also had an improper install with flooding. They couldnt send a tech to do an install check for a week, leaving standing water under my dishwasher and cabinets. They wouldnt give us any money off. We would have to wait 2 weeks for a new dishwasher. We returned the broken dishwasher, bought a new one from someone else and installed ourselves. Still waiting for refund.Stoves were delayed for 6 days and then no-show for delivery. Still trying to figure out where it is.Be prepared for ***** minutes holds every time you call. If anything goes wrong, they say they cant do anything about it. My husband and I have spent 10+ hours pleading for them to make things right. Costco online has been an absolute nightmare in every way.

      My frozen foods order arrived today, completely thawed out, soggy and, ruined, no ice left, at all, the box was hot inside. I called, a feat within itself and, they want me to box it up and, have it ready to be picked up......I reiterated, this was a bunch of ruined FOOD, it didn't matter, before they'll issue a refund, they want the products back.......ok, one box of, sitting in the sun, stinking ruined food, coming your way! It's outside, in the big trash can.......gotta go get it......I hope they'll be happy.

      I purchased a set of appliances on June 3rd scheduled for delivery on June 20th, on this same date requested returned for the item as the connection wasn't right (consulted a Costco employee to make a decision prior of ordering it) fast forward as July 11, Costco is yet to process refund on the appliances. Since day one representatives have been stating the refund will take 2-3 days to be processed. Completely unacceptable. I've been calling Costco since shortly after June 20th for dates nothing has been done supposedly the representative has done what needs to be done in order to get this moving along, everytime I called is the same story, in the meantime Costco is holding over $2 thousand dollars for this purchase, this is completely understandable service and business practices.

      2 stars for value of the tires bought. However the recommended psi is 33.tires were inflates to 40. Really not that difficult to read the recommended psi that is on sticker easily accessible on the door panel on every car!
