      Recently I returned an item and I didn't get my refund. I spoke with their customer service few times and it seems like they are keep changing their stories. They are not cooperative. Going to returned everything I purchased and close my membership. Not worth it

      Cabinets Ruined and Zero Compensation I am extremely disappointed with the service and poor communication I have received from Costco and NJI Logistics, the only vendor used by Costco.com for appliance installations in **********. Ive been a loyal Costco Member since November 2012.In November 2023, I purchased a Cafe double drawer dishwasher from Costco that arrived on 11/21 but wasn't installed until 12/16. On installation day, the technician caused extensive damage to my brand new custom cabinets and hardwood floors worth thousands of dollars.I immediately filed a property damage claim with Costco but they pointed me back to NJI Logistics. I have contacted NJI repeatedly since November but they refuse accountability despite my photos documenting the damage.It is now February ****, yet I have received no fair resolution or compensation for the necessary replacement. This has caused me significant financial stress. I am stuck paying out of pocket to replace damaged cabinets and reinstall the dishwasher, sink, faucet, etc.NJI Logistics provides terrible service and damages customers' homes without accountability. I caution others to use extreme care when hiring them. I highly recommend finding an installation company that stands behind their work and treats customers with respect. NJI Logistics clearly does neither.

      Costco Logistics that bring appliances to consumers homes does not have any quality checks in place on appliances. they bring broken and bad appliances to consumers homes. In many cases they bring bad appliances even for multiple exchanges. They do not check any quality and make consumers wait for weeks and block multiple hours during the day to being appliances and then in many cases leave bad appliances in the consumers homes. Basically the management does NOT have any quality checks in place. and this company does not care for consumers as they are milking them from all ways possible. Please look into their business and quality practices. Thank you!

      In Aug 2022, I decided to obtain a Costco membership, and during the process, I was persuaded to apply for the Costco Anytime Reward Card by Citibank. The representative assured me that there would be no interest charged for the first two years. However, to my dismay, I discovered that interest charges began immediately after obtaining the card, resulting in almost a thousand dollars in fees within the initial two years.This situation has left me feeling deceived, robbed, and scammed into acquiring a credit card I did not originally intend to possess. Despite my attempts to address this issue with ********, they have adamantly refused to resolve the matter.I request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. I believe that ********'s actions are not only a violation of their initial agreement but also a breach of trust with their customers. luring people into signing up for something they didn't agree to just to steal their money is NOT a business but a new way of highway robbery!

      We purchased a new set of garage doors through Costco on 10/05/2023. This was through one of their kiosks at the door. A salesman from Door Pro America to over home, made all the measurements and a recommendation on the best door for our property and budget. We decided to go with one of the higher quality doors and a black finish. He ensured us the paint finish was second to none and would hold up to the ******* weather and frequent hail storm.The doors were installed a week before Thanksgiving. The installation process took about 4 hrs, the crew had me come out and take a look at the final product when they were done. The gentleman did point out a spot that needed touch up but then went quickly onto how one of the seals was not bending correct and we had to keep the door closed for 48 hrs so the sun would mold it. I have an EV so my mind was on what options I could have to charge the next two days. From there he had me sign the release and said someone would come back out to make the touch up and they were off. Once they left I started looking closer at the doors and noticed there were scratches on every single panel, someone definitely mishandled the door. I called right away and sent pics to Door Pro America and called Costco to let them know as well.The new doors were installed last week and we had the same issue. Upon completion I went out to look at the doors and noticed a number of scratches. The installer had already opened up touch up paint and used it in a number of spots. I called Costco to discuss the issue and was told they cant help and to contact Door Pro America. Ive contacted Door Pro America, theyre saying I need to go through Amaar the company who makes the door as all they do is install the door. There are so many layers here and nobody wants to take responsibility, also a salesman who wont return any calls. Ultimately Im filing this report on Costco as theyre the ones who took our payment

      This is my ****** review. Whenever I tried to call for complaint, they always reconnect to another department after loooong waiting time. They told me I need to speak to general manager at this location.They Lie to you about tire conditions when you bring your car to get Rotation and balancing.I got new tires last year for my wife ******. I rotated myself every 5-6000 miles whenever I change oils on this car. I thought maybe this time I should bring to costco tire since I can get free rotation and balance when purchased at costco.They told me that they dont have a record for 30000miles rotating since purchase. Then told me I need a two new front tires! I told them I do not need new tires I just want rotation and balancing. However, they told me they cannot rotate the tire because front tire is more worned out than back tires. Onw who worked there told me its their costco tire policy to Not to rotate tires when front tires are worned out more than back tires. Is tis true? Just none sense to me. I got upset because I see not too much of difference on my front and back tire thred. I want to teport this issue and make people find out what is going on there. If my wife was there instead of myself, then my wife woyld have said yes and spend money on two new tires we dont need. Its just terrible how they treat returning customers.I wish many people see this post and spread the words so someone can actually can be more responsible for their Job rather than giving false information to customers to collect more money for the company.Definitely Not Satisfied, Definitely Very Upset, Definitely spreading and reporting about this issue to everywhere I can.

      Be warned - Do NOT Book with Costco Travel! Worst experience ever! Flights and connections were all too tight and super delayed (they had us stuck at London ******** for 6 hours, which caused us to cancel our plans on our first evening in *********). *********** was horrible, we had a No Show in ********* (Stuck at airport for an hour with all of our luggage + they told us to just take a taxi to our hotel). Also, ***** *********** picked up 3 different parties going to 2 different hotels - very smelly, uncomfortable and inconvenient - we did not arrive at our hotel until almost 1AM! Dirty hotels + bed bug scare in NH Hotel ********* (couches in the lobby) and ************* *****. It took 6-8 weeks for customer service to get back to me and say sorry we cant help you. Over it. I repeat, Do NOT Book with Costco Travel it took 3 months to speak to a supervisor and the best they can do is give up their commission, which seems like an arbitrary number provided by their supervisor - Costco Travel doing the absolute bare minimum. They rely on getting refunds from their vendors first and making profit off their customers rather than simply making things right with the customer! ******************** Travel is a scam and truly only cares about their sales and profits. Unacceptable!

      Costco installed the wrong tires on my car which ultimately ended up costing me four sets of brakes and sensory issues and needing new tires in less than four years. They admitted to the error but refuse to refund the first set and comp the second set for all the trouble, time , energy and effort spent. You would think they would be sincerely apologetic and refund the first set since technically we never received what we were charged for which is fraud and comp the second as a good faith measure but nope. Such a large company that supposedly stands behind good customer service and their products obviously doesnt care that their error caused a safety issue. I guess the only way for them to truly care is if worse case scenario happened and someone died .

      MSI Cyborg Gaming Laptop Item#******* shows to purchase for $699 while exploring and once you click this page which shows price as $999 on Costco app. I have captured photos about fake price attracting customers to costco central number and the service executive initially try to hang up stating the promotion is over and i insist to connect with manager and he simply stated that there is a glitch on my mobile app which is a shock and surprise to me. I'm still wondering how would system glitch would accept same day some returns at Costco, *******, **, ***** on the same mobile app. Please be aware and sure about the prices especially on Costco App. I shared feedback on app but, nobody responded so far. Very pity customer service response
