      I am a first American home warranty and this is the plumber they use. They have been to my house 5 times for a simple toilet seal. Showed up 2 and a half hours late, didn't call ahead and was wildly inappropriate while working in a bathroom two feet from 2 small children that were in bed because it was 830!!! Next appointment they no showed, when I called i was told they would have someone out in 9 days! I paid for a real plumber to come out and it appears sundance was damaging seals to ensure a call back. Also simple easy fix should have been done in under 45 minutes not 5 seperate visits. Seems like a scam between first American home warranty and NW sundance

      Just a really poorly managed company, highly recommend you find help elsewhere. I've used NW Sundance Services about 5 times through my home warranty for a mixture of heating, cooling, and drains stoppages. I will say they handled the stoppages at least a little, they just didn't do that thorough of a job so the drains got clogged again relatively soon but they did help a little. The real concerns came with the heating/cooling tune *** & issues. We had them out to check on our HVAC system in spring a few years ago and they did a really subpar inspection as we found out later on and they also shutoff the gas to our furnace without telling us so when the weather dropped we had to call our home warranty company again. Luckily this time we were assigned local & competent HVAC specialists from Clean Air Act and they were incredibly informative. They immediately saw the gas was off but once they got it running they found several huge issues covered by our home warranty that NW Sundance Services either ignored, were too incompetent to recognize, or most likely too greedy to care to deal with the warranty company so NW SUNDANCE SERVICE LEFT US IN A DANGEROUS AND FIRE HAZERDOUS SITUATION. Seriously the people from Clean Air Act were shocked and told me that I shouldn't turn the heat on again until they come back with replacement parts because of how badly cracked the heat exchangers were. Clean Air Act was back a week later with all the necessary replacement parts including a new blower motor since ours hadn't been pushing nearly enough air.This year when it came time to schedule my HVAC tune up I told my home warranty company I refused to work with NW Sundance and requested Clean Air Act, they had no problem fulfilling this request. DO NOT ACCEPT AN INCOMPOTENT BUSINESS FROM THEM! They work with multiple companies so be googling them before you trust them. Side note, I've always gotten better service from companies with local phone numbers and not 800 or 888 numbers.

      HORRIBLE SERVICE,! NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR INSTALLING CHEAP PARTS THAT ARE NOW FAILING They were assigned to me through my home insurance company. It took 3 different technicians to come out to get my kitchen faucet repaired correctly. They used such cheap components that now, 5 months later the sprayer is leaking through the seam. When you call them, all they say is that the ticket is closed and to contact insurance company. There is no accountability on their end, they just hide behind the insurance. Still waiting to hear back from supervisor at insurance company because all the insurance company says is ticket is closed and want you to pay again for a job that was poorly done with cheap replacement parts that are now failing!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

      I contacted my home warranty people in May 2024 I had no A/C. They showed up said the compresser needed to be replaced. They ordered one I had to pay out $75 non refundable deposit for them to order one. They brought the new one to put in and it was the wrong size. They sent it back and re ordered another one. Had an appointment for 3 July to put it in. Two days before they were supposed to show up they called to reschedule because the installer decided to go on vacation. Rescheduled again for tomorrow 9 July. They contacted me and said they no longer do HVAC in my area. I have had no A/C since the middle of May that is almost 2 months now . Triple digits outside 95 degrees inside with fans blowing 24/7. Not only am I out the $75 but still have no compressor. Now I have to start the process all over again with a different company. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy. Never do business with these people they are a rip off.

      Left a gas leak from water heater. Wouldn't send someone out for a couple days because they didn't believe us. Took a video of soapy water bubbles from the leak, then they said next day, but wouldn't come fix it now.Did not advise to shut off pilot light, did not advise where or how to turn off gas valve. Did not give us context for how much gas is actually dangerous.We hire professionals because we don't know. They did not reassure us, they were only ready to deny and avoid. No confidence in them at this point. Take responsibility, make sure the work is done right. There was a hole in the fitting, it was easy to find. *********** told us the amount wasn't dangerous, but we didn't know that, that's why we hire professionals.Probably still cash our check though.

      This company is contracted through my *************** They have been a nightmare to deal with. The system they use to communicate information is beyond failing. I have dealt with this company a dozen times. Half of the times have been bad but two of the times have been absolute nightmares. I will call and call and call and they do not seem to know what the previous person said to me on the phone. I have been promised call backs at least a dozen times and have never once received a call back when I am having issues. Last year I waited TWO MONTHS for them to get a part and replace it for my 72 year old mothers apartment. My mother went without hot water and had to walk up and down stairs to shower at our place. This is now the second time they have done this to us. I must have called them 20 times and no one ever knows what I was talking about. This time I have waited a month and a half for my mothers part. Up and down stairs. Was on hold for a half hour before they dropped my call three separate times today. I have never been treated this bad by any other company in my life. They should not be in business. My insurance company automatically sends this company to us every time. I will be changing insurance companies in order to not have to deal with NW Sundance ever again.

      Does not guarantee their work, had them out 11 days ago spent over $1,000. Last week we noticed the heater not blowing hot again and they want over $300 just to show up again.

      This company was through my American Home Shield contract. **** was on time to do the analysis of my water heater and was very thorough. He was also very kind. The water heater needed a replacement and it was easy to schedule for a return visit. ******** came to install it and was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The new water heater works great.Regarding customer service, everyone I talked to was upbeat and friendly. *** and ***** were especially helpful and called or emailed me right back (I mean the same day) when I had questions. In fact, I was a pest with questions but they were always patient. ***** was impressive too because she called me with a few hours of contacting American Home Shield to request service. Usually it takes 24 hrs for a return call. Thanks to these wonderful people.My only complaint is that someone mistakenly charged my ***** I told them I would pay by check but somehow that message didnt get to the right person. And it took a number of days to remove the charges. But all and all, I am pleased with the service I got.This service was from the branch in *******.

      This company is unreliable. They will change their appointment time at the drop of a hat, show up at some completely new time that wasn't agreed upon & assume that you'll be waiting there as if you don't ever leave your house or have a job. Plus, the issue that this happened with was a faucet that they 'fixed', and yet again the faucet needed to be fixed shortly thereafter. Now I am working with another company to fix the issue that they didn't repair that they were paid for. Don't bother with these guys - their dispatch is awful as well. Waste of time, run & don't look back!

      NW Sundance is **************** to work with! If I could give it lower than a one star, I would. They were the plumber assigned to repair the faucets in our kitchen, but it will take two weeks before they fix the issue even it is very urgent work, Again, front desk are very irresponsive and they are laughing on the phone when you called for the status updates. Again, they do not answer their phone calls. They do not return the voicemails. They do not return call backs, but technicians seems very nice and polite.Finally, Worst pluming company in the ******** area. As multiple people stated already: terrible work, horrible customer service, and multiple scheduled appointment's simply had no one show up to finfish incomplete work. Confused why they are still in the business. Best advise is DO NOT hire them.
