      Instead of going over the specifics of what they've done wrong, I'll focus on what they refuse to do to make it right. After all, we all make mistakes. It's only the ****** ones that refuse to take accountability for them. Open order since May; it's October now... The tankless was installed incorrectly, and they refuse to honor their work. *****, the supervisor, has dug her heels in and will not reach out to the warranty company to get the document they insist on needing to come back out and fix their shotty install. When I call in and ask to speak with her (never had her on the phone), she refuses to talk to me and plays the 'telephone' game between the front desk and myself. Absolutely pathetic customer service edict. A quality plumbing company will come out and fix an error their tech made. Errors happen, but poor service doesn't have to. I've called the warranty company 4 times and each time the warranty company has come back stating they have created the form needed. This plumbing company openly refuses to assist and completely disregards its obligation to install the product correctly. I am considering legal action as I believe this installation has created excessive wear on the otherwise brand-new appliance, these tankless water heaters are between $5,000-$7,000.Subpar service at all service levels, but I will say the guys that come out to do the work are pretty chill, easy to chat with, and seem knowledgeable. Otherwise, this company is completely worthless.

      If ZERO stars were a rating, that's what this company deserves. As many other reviewers have noted, this company was assigned to my repairs by a home warranty company. This company has been assigned for multiple repairs over a course of several years, so this review is based on multiple experiences. 1. RUDE dispatch/receptionists. VERY RUDE. I have been yelled at, talked over and hung up on. 2. Cancels short notice frequently. 3. Often has an incredible wait time to get to your job once assigned, ***** or more days in some situations. Do yourself a favor and find another service provider.

      Fantastic! Not only did ***** fix our plumbling problem in one visit, but he moved us forward three days due to a cancellation. We only had to wait 1 day from making to the appointment until it was fixed! Not bad at all!As for ***** particularily, he was amazing. Not only was he totally professional, but he was also amazingly friendly, and downright funny to boot! He had me cracking up nearly constantly, while also doing everything quickly and properly. It was the most painless plumbing visit ever, and I highly recommend NW Sundance Services to others. I will use them again!

      Worst ***************** Sched appt. 7/20 Confirmed by **************************** for 7/26. NO SHOW. They said the cancelled appt same day scheduled..no reason why. Claimed they called us to reschedule. Not true. Read no call or vm. Then rescheduled us another week out. 2 weeks for plumbing..mo water in kitchen. Very rude person.

      ZERO stars. I unfortunately got connected with them through my home warranty for a heavily leaking outdoor faucet. The plumber assigned came, took pictures, and left with the promise to buy a new hose bib and return the next day. He never showed up and the extremely rude dispatchers at NW Sundance won't send him back to finish the job, but want to schedule two weeks out. Here I am with an active leak and no options. NW Sundance could make it right but they won't. I think I'll write a few dozen more bad reviews and maybe the plumber will show up before two weeks from now??

      VERY BAD SERVICE!! They are our assigned contractor with our Home Warranty. Submitted a claim in MARCH 2023. It is July 25th and I still don't have a working shower. We need a shower handle replacement. Technician came out. Needed to order parts. Weeks go by. I call and they said "Let me check with the parts department." No response. I call again weeks later. They say the same thing. I express my frustration and she said that they had a new office person so it was their fault. Again a few weeks goes by....I call again "I need to check with the parts department." They never placed an order. I am going to have a technician come out. They send out THE SAME guy. He is confused on why he is there again. Says "We need to order the part." More weeks pass. I call very upset because I have 4 kids and we have been using 1 shower for months. I demand I speak with someone else because she said the same **** thing again, "I need to check with the parts department." I said No I need a manager to call me. "Ok she will call you as soon as she can today." No call. I contact the warranty company and they said they need to check with them. So while I am on hold he calls them and guess what she tells him...."I NEED TO CHECK WITH THE PARTS DEPARTMENT." They will not reassign me to another vendor unless they say they can't get the part or complete the job. They have 48 hours to do so. BUT if they say "Yeah we are ordering the part" there is nothing I can do. I am so livid with the unprofessional nature and lack of follow through. Over 4 months is ridiculous.

      ***** arrived on time identified the issue and remedied it quickly. He had to crawl under the house a couple of times and pop back into the garage a few more times. The washer drain pipe had been improperly installed, he aligned it, glued it and accomplished this in an hour. He was very pleasant, informative and knowledgeable. I was impressed by his professionalism and will not hesitate to reach out to NW Sundance Services in the future. Thanks *****.

      There must be something with home warranties that make this company not want to do the job. Many visits always two weeks apart. What should have been a shower handle fix turned into removing tiles by me and having them order a shower handle that didnt fit. I ended up having to get a plumber to fix the problem. They dont keep any promises, they always have an excuse and never solved the problem. Was without a shower for over two weeks until I got someone who could fix it. Unprofessional from office staff to not answering phones to changing appointment times to not knowing where parts are. The whole experience was unprofessional and costly. Never again!

      I was seriously worried when my home warranty company referred NW Sundance Services to take care of my water heater leak claim. However, *** showed up within the timeframe given by the scheduler, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The problem presented a few challenges, as most manufactured home issues do, but *** found a way to resolve the problem. He left the site with me fully informed, everything functional and the site clean and orderly.

      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NW ********************** was assigned by our warranty ** to snake a clogged drain. Initially, it seemed that they unclogged it until we realized that there was sewage **ming through the cracks in the carport outside a few days later. We explained to them that there was sewage seeping out and we were told to call the warranty ** for a recall. We waited another 4 days for them to **me out only for the plumber to take a look and say they don't fix broken main sewer lines and admitted that they likely broke the line when they snaked it. In the meantime, our tenants **uldn't use their bathroomsfor an additional 4 days when they knew it was something they **uldn't fix. The technician on site told me to call the owner ***************** to discuss the situation. I tried multiple times over a two week period and never heard back from the owner. I was then passed along to the supervisor, *****. I explained the situation to her and she said she would get back to me the next day. It has now been over 3 weeks later and have not heard a peep from ***** despite several messages. I had to spend thousands of dollars to fix the sewer line that they admitted they broke. DO NOT USE THIS CO. They do not care about the customer. If NW ********************** is assigned by your warranty **, ask them to assign a different plumber.
