    I purchased an APlusLift model HW-8S, 4 post car lift direct from Songa Enterprises. They offered a discount to pick it up at their warehouse in *******. The people at the warehouse were very helpful and made it worth it to pick it up myself using a flat bed trailer. It was well packed and once off the trailer, easy to assemble. Everything was included - the only thing that I needed to get was the hydraulic fluid. The quality of the lift is superb and it is easy to roll around with the casters provided. The motor is very quiet. Communication with the sales representative was great. Definitely will be doing business with them the next time I purchase a lift.

    Apluslift / Songa Enterprises Item# HW10KBP This lift is of great quality, supper nice value along with an exceptional staff.Shipping was fast and lift arrived in a well packaged crate. I also enjoy that I have a support staff that is just a phone call away and quick to respond to e-mails. This is a real added value due to the long list of accessories and parts that are available. I am looking forward to adding both a tire changer and balancer from Apluslift / Songa Enterprises. I am proud to be their customer, but I feel more like a red-carpet client.

    I own two motorcycle/ATV lifts I have purchased from APlus and I am 100% happy with both the quality of the lift and the customer service. ********* is so quick to respond and helpful with any questions you have. I own a small business and have other manufacturers trying to sell me their list, but I will only buy from APlus because of the great service and quality of the product.

    Got my lift in a week after ordering and this thing is so much nicer than I expected. I did a lot of research before ordering, i wanted a good dependable lift at a price that wouldnt break me. APlusLifts are just that, I got the ALI ********* TR-10c. Rated at 10k but the arms of this thing are a lot thicker than any lift I have ever used. Have been working on cars in shops for 33 years. Their customer service is awesome as well, I called and talked to ********* a couple of times before ordering and she is very knowledgeable and super helpful.

    Horrible customer service. I discussed purchasing a product from AplusLift and encountered a rude salesperson that could care less if I purchased a product from them. Just asking questions yielded terse responses. I am willing to spend more money if I know before and after sale customer service will treat customers with respect and dignity. Not my experience with this company. I give them an F-Minus.
