They're blindly suspending random accounts without cause. I've spent maybe $100 but it's way more about time invested. Literally 7 years building my roster gone with no reasonable explanation. They're accusing people of cheating when it's not even possible. Progression is at a snails pace for the sole purpose of trying to make folks pay to advance, hence 7 years. To cut me off for absolutely no reason is inexplicable. I've done nothing wrong, haven't changed the way I play in years. It's simply a mobile game to pass time. I live in *******,** and was affected by hurricane ******. Where I live now(studio 6) has been without electricity, water, and internet. From 9/27/24 - 10/24/24 we only had 1 working day of xfinity. Then it's off or not working again. I explained I would be using my new phone's hotspot once I buy it later in the week and simply was trying to get my season 3 premium battle pass replaced for free. I had over several customer service representatives give me the run around via email after explaining for long periods of time the situation. Sad how greed will destroy a huge company. I lost groceries and phones due to no electricity, I lost time and money due to damaged roads and fallen trees(on power lines), and I lost much to no internet/water. It's a shame WBGames is so heartless I can't even get back what I paid for, a freaking month's premium battle pass lol.Initial Complaint

I am writing to formally request a refund for the purchase of Suicide Squad: Kill the **************, which I bought with the understanding that it would deliver a variety of content as part of its ongoing live service model. Unfortunately, after more than six months since the games release, it has failed to meet the promises made by ************ regarding new content, updates, and additional features.The following issues are my main concerns:Failure to Deliver Promised Content: The game was marketed as a live service title that would receive frequent updates, including new missions, characters, and gameplay features. To date, the promised updates have been significantly delayed or entirely absent.Released Content is Subpar and Not as Advertised: The content that has been released is lacking in quality and scope compared to what was originally promised. New features and missions have been minimal, unoriginal, and do not match the level of depth and replayability that was showcased prior to the game's launch.Incomplete Game at Launch: At the time of purchase, the game was incomplete, with several features either missing or broken, including multiplayer functions and promised post-launch expansions.Poor Communication and Lack of Transparency: ************ has provided little to no transparency regarding the delays or cancellation of the game's promised features. Updates have been sporadic and lacking substance.Misleading Advertising: The marketing for the game created an expectation of ongoing support, community interaction, and regular updates. To Whom It May Concern,I'm writing to address the unacceptable situation surrounding the abrupt shutdown of ***********************: Magic Awakened on the ************ server. For 14 months, we were led to believe that this game would be supported for at least ***** days, with the promise of new events to keep the experience engaging. Many of us invested significant amounts of moneyranging from $***** to $25,000 or morebased on these commitments.Now, we find ourselves locked out of a game we funded, with our investments trapped in game-specific currency that theyve effectively rendered useless. This feels like theft. Theyve taken our money, shut down the ************ server, and left us with no options while the Netease server remains fully operational. The refusal to transfer our accounts is an outright betrayal of their player base.To add insult to injury, their customer service team has gone silent, no longer accepting feedback, bug reports, or even basic support requests. The game has been pulled from the app store without so much as a warning, leaving us with no notice, no options, and no recourse. This is beyond unprofessionalits a blatant disregard for the community that kept their game alive and funded.The way this has been handled is completely unacceptable. I demand immediate action to either refund our money/paid currency or provide a way to transfer our accounts to the active server. Ignoring their players is not an option, and I will not let this issue go unaddressed.I will be sharing links to the games website and their announcement of the shutdown to raise awareness of how poorly this situation has been managed. Between September 14, 2023 and August 1, 2024, I had spent $11,599.06 on the *************** owned mobile game ***********************: Magic Awakened. On August 6, 2024 my account was temporarily suspended with no reason given as to why, nor a duration of the suspension. My attempts to reach WB customer support were ignored until I received an email back 52 hours after my first contact attempt, which notified me that my account had been permanently banned with a reasoning of: "cheated, utilized an exploit, and/or modified game files to gain an advantage in gameplay." When I inquired as to what sort of cheating was done on the account, as I have never done anything of the sort, they told the case ticket was closed and they would no longer speak to me. As someone who has invested a large amount of money into this game and company I had expected to at least receive a proper answer and not have my money stolen from me when no wrongdoing was committed. After investing nearly $12,000 dollars into this company and game its appalling that this is how I'm being treated.Customer Answer

I'm having an issue with the game Multiversus produced by a WB affiliate. I contacted about the issue a week before a deadline was set to end an event, I was informed that the game team would handle this efficiently. Then after 3 days I see nothing has been done, so I contact again and get a bunch of excuses as well as it's up to the game team the order things are fixed. Then by day 5 my deadline has ended and nothing has been done, but the game team has moved to fixing other issues I noticed from before. Upon inspection of the titled issues I noticed none of them are relevant to being important nor do these issues have a deadline in place. Some issues were customers complaints about spelling of thing in the item shop, or the person could connect to a game with his friend and that the people assigned to fixing these issues have been sitting for multiple days. Day 6, I look to see if my issues is being resolved and see that it's not, in fact they've bypassed me and continued to other complaints. I then contact customer service both through email and a chatting application on my phone, and I'm left sitting all day long without getting assistance, (seen in attachment, not times of opening ticket and messaging), finally I'm at my breaking point and I tell them it's vuo to them how this plays out,but I'm definitely making a report. So, I finally got to speak to a supervisor, I believe, but Agent *** was very unprofessional. He/she addressed my profile and my current position, but neglected to add for what wasn't being registered. I pointed it out several times over a week of back and forth correspondence and I kept getting that my complaint "has been noted", but still nothing is being done to correct the issue. It's become apparent that they are overlooking my issue on purpose, and at this point I just want a full refund of all that I've invested toward that company and their game. The lack of support from customer support speaks volumes on this branch of ************ and I can be certain that the customer and their best interest aren't even on the scope of this company's concerns. Hi, my complaint is geared towards a particular game that I have been playing for the last three years or so. The game is Injustice 2 for mobile. Let me start by saying I have reached out to the injustice team by way of constant customer complaints with absolutely no resolve. I have spent at least ****** dollars on this game only to have the same issues occur time after time. These issues are as follows: Game lagging, buttons not working properly or not at all. Characters don't appear to level up, even after you have paid into the game to be able to upgrade. Also I truly beleive that the game developers purposely Amp up the bots, so will lose as to create frustration, and force you to make in app purchases which never yield any positive results. The customer service is a joke its never a actual person handling your complaints, they are answered by some sort of automated ai system which is trash, because the issues are never resolved. All they ever say in response to your complaints is that they are gonna pass the information along to I guess the developers for review, however nothing is ever fixed. They have countless complaints about this game in particular, I have even seen videos on ******* describing the shady business practices of these game developers. So sum it up I beleive the game developers of Injustice 2 for mobile have rigged this game, so one has to pay into it to advance. Games are meant to be fun especially for children whom I'm sure are the majority of users, they are meant to be geared towards relaxation, and a way to temporarily escape the worlds frustrations. However playing this game causes so much stress and frustration especially from players who have spent hundreds of dollars to level up characters. of the releases of mortal kombat 10 - 11. in trying to talk to other stuidios about anti censorhsip, i was given a terrible treatment. Mortal Kombat, Rock Steady, they all "tonned down" elements at the behest of a consultant at "sweet baby" in ********, in ******. this has lead to disaster, this lead to the censorship of poilce cars in Multi-Versus. the continued toining down of women's clothing by rock steady and Neather Realm. dispite how feminist, ************************** has rightly described such changes as sexist. Summary: On 12/20/2023, I receive an 'unusual gameplay' error while playing a division 6 champions arena game. This not only deprived me of the points from that particular match, but booted me to Division ************** all the points I had earned that week; I will be Division 10 next season rather than Division 5 where I would have been otherwise.I was not, nor have I ever, used cheats or hacks of any kind; this was also an easy arena where no hacks would have benefitted me at all.Assuming I stop playing Champions Arena going forward, this cost me a total of **** gems and 40 class shards over 6 weeks of Champions Arena seasons. Given the pricing of gems, this is about the same as the "Lost Treasures of Atlantis" package worth US$49.99.When I appealed, I was told no action would be taken, and I should uninstall and reinstall the game which sounds more like an action to correct your software error than anything else.I am a longtime player, who has spent hundreds of dollars on the game, and they just stole about $49.99 worth of progress.
