I have Played a mobile game GOTC for 4 years my account has ********** spent to make it competitive, a spoof hack occurred some time on 2/6 allowing players to purchase the packs at a rate of 1 dollar to 100 there for devaluing my account from *******. to ******* I would like compensation for this or a full refund for the account. I will not be able to compete on this level Nor will many others who have played honestly, I have proof the players court members were advising their members how to get this huge discount and the players who did not know this was available were not given the same option of purchases at a fraction of the cost, this violates the terms of service of the game. there is a large community that play this game.Initial Complaint

Game of Thrones Conquest have experienced numerous glitches, causing substantial losses both financially and in resources purchased in/for the game. I have received inadequate support by the companys customer service department who responds with blanket answers to concerns. There is no escalation of concerns to supervisors and there is a lack of compensation for losses, even with consumers providing proof of product flaws.Initial Complaint

I have been playing Gotc for more years than I should have for the sole reason I have great friends from around the world here. To get this far 10s of thousands of dollars have been spent. (Yes, I am an idiot for paying for a fake dragon). I read that ****** Brothers is no longer responding to your complaints either. What is the next course of action? I sent them a complaint about continuing glitches that effect gameplay and as a result cost me extra money. When I threatened to contact you all here at BBB they actually deleted their response. This is the worst kind of buisness practice because after "investing" in this game the customers are ignored. Please advise.*************************Initial Complaint

WB Games ****** developed and owns a game called Game of Thrones Conquest. In this game one of the most important functions in growing your strength and maintaining competitive status is the ability to craft gear. ** has unfortunately seen this as an opportunity to make a ton of money. At the start of each month, new gear is released and players try to craft the best set possible, especially if it is their focused troop type specialty. This month was ranged month and ** released a dragon rider set. ** released the gear then 2 days later changed the statistics on the gear - causing thousands of players to have wasted money. ** still has ignored this issue and refuses to respond to game tickets requesting refunds for wasted gear materials they purchased.In addition, it has been exposed- ** allows big spenders and ** employees who play the game and their friends- the ability to request crafting reversals for failed crafting gambles to help guarantee them legendary 50 gear (the highest quality possible). They do not allow this for mid and low spending players. And they reduce the crafting odds on mid tier spending keeps in a scheme to try to get them to spend more money in order to keep up with big spenders. Over the past week, ** has reduced crafting odds without displaying them on mid tier keeps yet again. The odds are not what is displayed in the crafting panels. A employee at ** has exposed this scheme to several players in a discord server. I am requesting BBB to file these complaints to the ************************ and *************************** for proper investigation into WB Games ****** and their unethical practices and fraud. WB Games ****** should be forced to refund each account found to be affected by their practice of reducing crafting odds. And the employees responsible for this scheme should be federally prosecuted for fraud in accordance to Federal laws. There are 4 years worth of horrible complaints on this forum. I made an in game purchase in which I did not receive any of the items purchased. I reached out to the support team and they requested information on the purchase. I have sent them all of the information numerous times and they simply stop responding. As someone who has invested thousands of dollars failure to get what I purchased has not only prevented me from partaking in events and/or missing them. It has been almost 2 weeks and this is extremely frustrating and for a billion dollar company this is not right. There are numerous other issues they refuse to address related to GOT Conquest but we have all came to the conclusion that the only response we are going to get is "We are sorry"But not figuring out how to put the purchased items from a pack purchased in game back to the account is not rightInitial Complaint

I have purchased goods through the game but have not been compensated for the purchase. When I attempt to contact the company, the only thing I get is an automated response saying I appreciate you for getting back to Customer Support about the missing rewards after completing an offer. While I am unable to provide direct information, I went ahead and drafted a report and this will be reviewed by the Game Team. Although they don't directly respond to players, rest assured that reports forwarded to them are taken into consideration in designing updates to the game. Please note that your ticket has been closed and you will not receive an additional response. I have spent a few thousand dollars on the WB game, Game of Thrones Conquest, and the game has several glitches. WB asks for tickets to be created when there are glitches within the game and typically compensation is granted based on the issue. Over the last few months, when reporting issues to ** about their game glitching tel hey are offer zero compensation. Ive been playing the game for 5 years now and know what I am doing in game. The most recent issue, after I just spent a few hundred dollars in game, just cost me a lot of the in game currency to purchase something I didnt even want to purchase. Ive created 3 tickets with ** support and all 3 say, yes we see the issue, but we cant compensate you. So, good luck and be careful in the future. Who replies to a customer like that? I didnt do anything wrong, their game did. Im expecting for the item to be reversed and my in game currently returned. This is a. Nightmare of a process to have to go through for customers. I purchased an item through the cusomers game application and did not receive them. I reached out to several support agents, asked to have my ticket escalated. Their is a glitch in their code where I did not receive the item. Instead of doing their due diligence to research and see that I did not receive the item, they simply closed my tickets and dismissed me instead of putting in the effort to review what I asked. I would like to receive what I payed for.
