On 5/2/23, I purchased the deluxe edition of Hogwarts Legacy on PS4 from the PlayStation store. One of the explicitly stated benefits/features was 72-hour early access. Despite the fact that the release was less than 72 hours away, the game wasnt available to download. PlayStation support told me that early access was only available for the PS5 version. This is blatant false advertising. If this was not a benefit available for my platform, the advertising at the point of purchase should not have stated that it was.Initial Complaint

They suspended my account for 15 days claiming excessive refunds were issued but that is not true at all. I've never gotten a single refund from any of my countless purchases! Never! They claim an in game message was sent but it was not. I do not appreciate being treated like I committed fraud when I absolutely did no such thing. They have made a mistake and they need to investigate it and pull my account out of suspension. I have all the proof in my paypal records if someone would just take the time to work with me to prove this is an error.Initial Complaint

I emailed WB support as my GOTC account got hacked. I have sent multiple emails of purchases made and spent thousands of dollars on my account. They refuse to recover it and as someone who values their money I want all my money back or my account to be recovered. Hello,I bought Hogwarts Legacy game from Steam. I have played over 160 hours of the game. While there were bugs in the game, up until this point it was not a show stopper. Then a bug occurred where the load screen is just hanging and the game play cannot begin. My machine more than meets up the requirements needed to play the game. Now I cannot play that character after many many hours I invested in it.First they make you send an email to: ******************************** The you get an email that you need create a help me ticket. When you do that, you get an email how they cannot help or assist, that your ticket is being closed, and that you need to go to yet another website, to open another ticket, so that you can get another email saying nobody can help.They call themselves support more like lacking-support.I expect a full refund for the game and the *********************** it. WB Interactive are broadcasting television advertisements for Hogwart's Legacy that are blatant false information. In every ad they begin with the PlayStation logo and at the end when it shows the Hogwart's Legacy they only show the PS5 logo. It then cuts to a blue screen with the exact words "PLAYSTATION EXCLUSIVE." However, the game is also on Steam, ***************** Switch, but ** is NOT acknowledging them in their ads. They are making the game look like a fake PlayStation exclusive and are basically lying to their customers.Initial Complaint

Game of Thrones Conquest is a game that uses ****************************** and Apple ID accounts to bind to the game profile to be able to secure the game account and login from multiple devices. A new bug has been introduced in January 2023 that is overriding *********** bindings, allowing unauthorized access into accounts. This negates the security that binding an account should provide. Game of Thrones Conquest has customers that have spent tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars. These purchases are now at jeopardy as malicious actors and incompetent players can gain access to these game accounts, through no fault of the account owner, and destroy and/or delete the game account. WB Games has taken zero responsibility for the issue, refused to acknowledge it, and has refused to even tell their customers that such a security breach has happened. This leaves millions of dollars in purchased goods in peril of being destroyed or being unable to be accessed.Initial Complaint

I pre-ordered Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe Edition for the PS5 console in November 2022. This edition was heavily advertised as having 72 hr early access to the game on 2/7/23. Regular edition release date for this console was 2/10/23. It is now 2/10/23 and I STILL have no game and Amazon has now updated ETA to 2/11/23. Amazon customer service says they have no stock because ****** Brothers failed to deliver. So now I paid extra for a heavily advertised benefit and did not receive that benefit as promised. Amazon is also not the only retailer who has been unable to fulfill pre-orders due to lack of stock thus making the case for this being a ****** Brothers failure. I want part of my money refunded since I did not receive the promised 3 day early access.
