      The apartment complex did not resolve the air conditioning issue this summer. Our apartment was 84 degrees and my wife has a disability however no matter how much we told them about this they failed to resolve it. They brought a portable ** but then would take it away the next stating others needed it too. The elevator would break down or have f**** in it. Friendly staff but horrible management. Over priced and didnt want to adjust rent due to the ** issues .

      ****** PARK ******** 1. Rent increased over $500 A MONTH at renewal! There were NO upgrades or improvements to the apartments or the property. They said this was the "going rate" and out of their control. They don't value loyal residents.2. **** went up and **** did not care. **** had no idea what was going on anytime I've talked to her, she never gets back to you, plays dumb when you do follow up and "forgets" what you asked about, sends threats of fines if rules are broken, lacks communication skills between residents and staff, and had an excuse for everything but never a solution.3. ***** in the office will subtly belittle you, roll her eyes, heard her talk down to a female tenant, watched her be very rude to an Indian couple looking at apartments, and is unprofessional on the phone.4. The apartments are VERY outdated for the price.It's not real stainless steel appliances but steel colored plastic on top of metal, hardwood floors are laminate, washer/dryer are the cheapest model available, walls are thin, the bathtub is PAINTED and will peel/yellow, the shower walls are not waterproof - you will have a lot of mold and soap scum, paint on the doors and walls will rub off with WATER if you clean or dust, fixtures in the bathroom rusted, dishwasher is OLD, stove burners are either very hot or barely work, the fridge is very loud, the microwave is cheap and cooks unevenly and only one deadbolt for the door which is concerning for the next point.5. The police are always circling the complex - I've seen FIVE arrests.6. Pool season is whenever they feel like opening and closing the pool. There's a camera over the outdoor shower - CREEPY. 7. The property is beautiful but they don't take care of it - they only water half of it and let the other half die, such a shame. They had to cut down trees, my guess due to bad water management.8. Weidner tosses you a gift card instead of addressing issues.

      I wish my experience was better. This management and the staff is terrible and can care less of the tenants. They never answer the phone, I have to find time to go to the office to only see the staff ignores the calls. They do false advertising for referral to receive $200 off on rent. I referred my friend and provided all the referral information in the email including the name , apartment number , building number and the date of move in. My referral also mentioned how she heard about the place. This was my friend first apartment and the office staff told her she didnt have to fill out the referral on the application since she already told them. This management came up with an excuse to not give me my referral cash and said oh thank you for the referral. These apartments consistently have water issues, its either no water at all or no hot water. Also always dealing with bugs, beetles, ants, scorpions to the point I have to buy my own pest control Until the pest professionals comes. They charge tenants for pest control but they never come to do what we have to pay for . On top of that the pipes are bad and smells like rotten eggs, I have to consistently run the dishwasher and my washer machine with bleach , then pour draino in all my sinks and tubs to remove the odor. This only helps for a week or two and Im back again bleaching everything. I even submit maintenance requests on this terrible rotten egg smell and all they do is close it out. For the price of rent , these apartments should be in better shape and management should be more caring for the tenants. Everything is about what they can get more out of tenants and can care less . All these laws only protect the management , it does nothing for tenants at all and thats why its so many slumlord apartment management . This place doesnt even deserve a 1 star review

      I gave them 1 star because I loved the apartment itself. But everything else is a nightmare. Noisy and very inconsiderate neighbors and the management has done nothing to rectify it, but went out of their way to make our stay here even more miserable by encouraging these tenants to be even noisier just out of spite. It's just a Pay up and Shut up rental company no better than the worst of rental companies out there. They do not care about any complaints residents have, and they will retaliate if you persist, and they will treat you very poorly. Very bad management at their **************** property, especially!

      I wish I can give negative just went there for info and ***** from leasing office tried to shows attitude and she really need customer service training because she dont know even how to talk people I think management is not paying good because of that their staff is frustrated ************** Appartments ****************************************************************

      We were interested in moving to ***********, out of ******* and loved the community, **************************, by Weidner Apartment Homes. We toured the community and decided on an apartment in the newer building, ready for move-in at the end of June. We selected a unit, had it transferred in our name per the leasing agent who also sent us an application via email. We applied online immediately. A few days later we were advised our application was approved and we needed to put down an Admin Fee to take it off the market, which we did immediately. Fast forward 2 weeks later and we receive a voicemail (I've saved) from the same leasing agent explaining that they accidentally rented it to someone else and we'd have to select another unit. I took off work the very next day, Tuesday, and went up to meet the leasing agent to tour apartments again. They only had one unit similar to the one we liked but it was about $150 more a month. I talked with the leasing agent and an assistant manager while in the office and they said they'd see what they can do on pricing to rectify their mistake and call me back later that day. No one called me or emailed me back. I called and left a message on Thursday. The same leasing agent called me Friday morning to ask about sending over the lease to be signed and informed me that the price of the unit we discussed Tuesday went up another $75. I asked to speak with a manager and I am awaiting that call. This screams "bait and switch" to me - having us view and apply for an apartment then collecting fees to take it off the market, then claiming it was "accidentally" given to someone else and the best you can do is an apartment $225 more a month. I expect a call from management and an attempt to right their "mistake" of giving away our apartment, otherwise I plan to bring a charge back up to my bank for the transactions and make others aware online of the bait and switch we experienced with this management company/leasing agency.
