    Love these cameras, always work, never an issue. For the money you pay, and free basic service you can not beat them. The upgraded service is a lot better, and you can get the package for all cameras, and you are not limited to 6 like others.

    There seems to be a company has an issue, I dont own any Wyze cameras anymore. Theyve been returned to store I bought from approximately 1 year ago. *** called last year to cancel the subscription and the agent said that they canceled it. There has been no activity on my Wyze account for the past year. Now, I am stuck paying for a service that I dont even have. I need a refund issued, so this needs to be investigated further. I will be in touch with my bank to dispute this issue if this is not resolved. Please avoid this company . Trying to call, no one help

    Was recently billed for their "home monitoring" subscription service. The problem was that I received no notification about a subscription renewal or that I was even enrolled in the program. After contacting support on the same day as the charge, I was told that I can cancel the subscription but it wouldn't take effect until the next billing cycle... 1 year from now. The support analyst refused to speak over the phone and also refused to connect me with their manager. According to them, his manager can only be contacted via email. As of now, I am out $65 and I highly doubt they will be returning it. Overall, I have found the wzye products to be cheap and their support is abysmal. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company

    i planned to install Wyze cameras at a residence in *******. I paid for a three-camera subscription plan but changed my mind two days later and canceled. Wyze never provided any services on this plan and has, thus far, refused to refund me the subscription cost. I have Wyze cameras and a subscription at another location and was satisfied with the product, so I considered them for the ******* residence. After this experience and poor customer service, I will cancel it at the end of the service period. I would not recommend doing business with Wyze.

    Their customer service is Total WORTHLESS !, even worse, they just waste your time in to a fishing extradition getting no were. You end up talking top some 3rd. world country person, who has only a prerecorded statement.

    Don't buy any of the services from Wyse. I did and they don't work correctly. I have spent hours trying to get someone at Wyse to do something about it with no results. I asked for a refund within 30 days and no one got back to me. Right now I am on hold with **** again. It's been over 15 minutes on hold, leaving me time to put up this review. I will never do business with **** again and I advise anyone thinking about it to choose not to as well.

    The cameras are ok but not great. Payed for my first year subscription. Was unknowingly placed on auto pay. Got an email saying my subscription was coming due. I went through ****** pay app to renew subscription. However they continued to bill credit card after being payed by ****** pay. Canceled on ****** pay when I wanted to no problem. Canceling through wyze was near impossible. Their website and app would let me log in until I tried to cancel then I always received an error and could not log in again. Took over 30 min to cancel on customer support which was not easy to find. They also will not refund anything not even the current month I am on, and it is only the 5th.

    I have had two ********* cameras for a year or so. They have always been iffy but usually I've been able to get them working. When Wyze recently updated their app the cameras were working on my iphone but not on my ipad. After I finally got them to respond to the problem via email and they suggested several things that I had already tried to resolve the problem. First level response such as reload the app, unplug the cameras, reboot, etc. I was not able to even log on to the app. I sent them the following error message numerous times: "Sorry about that! There was an internal server error. Please try again"I can't count the number of times I've deleted/reloaded the app or the times I've "tried again", They quit responding to my emails. The concept is good but the app should work with the cameras. I can't recommend them to others. I'll be replacing them with something reliable.

    I began a conversation with support regarding a camera that stopped working months prior to warranty expiration. They neglected to help after giving them the order info and are neglecting to honor the warranty. A different person responds each time I hear back, which probably prevents them from properly supporting their customers.

    Unauthorized charges from these scammer crooks. Used my card that I used to purchase their trash cams. Purchase a service offered for $19. For a year. Expected service to end after that year. Unaware they put me on auto pay without any consent. Charged me for 2 years for their cloud garbage service. Which I didnt need since I bought memory cards for the cams. Unaware the 1st year charged. They billed me a second year and I caught it on the day it was billed tried to remove my paying method but unable to its locked in. Cant cancel service either. Straight crooks and thieves.
