    I purchased 4 cameras from this company. A floodlight pro and 3 Cam V3 pros. One of the V3 Pro cams was bad (got really hot then shut off). After talking with them on a Sunday they said they would send one out immediatly. After not hearing anything back from them by thursday (no shipment notification by email) I contacted them. They said they were really busy fullfiling new orders and they will ship it soon.So what they said to me was they were more concerned with taking money from new customers than they are with making sure that customers that have ALREADY PAID have the products they paid them for.I didn't recieve my new camera until next sunday and by that time I had already lost the customer and $500 for not finishing the job ontime all thanks to the negligence of this derelict company.I have spent soooooooooo much money with this compnay and due to them treating me the way they have, I will never spend a ***** with them again.

    WYZE ***** A** FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FLOODLIGHTS TO LOSING $ MONEY $ EVERY MONTH. IM ON MY 3RD FLOODLIGHT IN A YEAR CAUSE THEY DON'T WORK RIGHT. & IVE PAYED $ FOR ALL OF THEM. THE HIGH UP EMPLOYEES JUST HIDE BEHIND THEIR EMAILS & LET THE ***** OF CUSTOMER SERVICE GET CUSSED AT & ARGUED WITH CAUSE THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT IS H***ENING. MY FLOODLIGHT CRASHED HALLOWEEN WEEKEND & CAME BACK ON & MY LIGHT CAME ON FULL BLAST AT ********************************************************* FRONT OF MY HOUSE. SO I BLINDED EVERYONE OUTSIDE & NOBODY CAME BY FOR CANDY, EVERYONE JUST WENT AROUND MY HOUSE CAUSE I COULDN'T TURN THE LIGHT OFF. THEN IT CRASHED LAST FRIDAY & CHANGED THE NAME OF THE *** WITHOUT TELLING ME & MADE ME FEEL LIKE IT WAS MU FAULT...

    ****** R 11/15/2023 On October 5, 2023 I was at a Hotel attending a convention. I wanted to see my cameras at home to make sure everything was ok. I pulled up the website and signed in and saw that I could only see 2 of my 4 cameras. The other two said I needed to upgrade to "cam plus" to see them. I then paid on my credit card $20 to see if I could see at least one camera and that still did not work. I then paid 80 for 4 cameras on cam plus, and that did not work. I then paid 20 and then 40 and still could not see my cameras. I have a screen shot of where it told me I had to buy cam plus to see the picture on the cameras. I am 81 years old and a disable ******* war verteran. I cannot afford to loose $160.00.There reply was according to the terms of service, there are no refunds.I have a large investment in their equipment and must use there service at least until my cameras no longer work. This is unjust and not acceptable. Any help would be appreciated. I will report this to the **** as well.

    I've been trying to cancel my monthly Cam Plus subscription with the company for two months now. I've chatted on their website and was told to call. I called and the number is out of service (another non-800 number was provided). I got a gal (third party person I presume) that couldn't find my subscription. After sitting on the phone for 20 minutes she miraculously "found it". She insisted I needed to cancel the subscription through the Wyze App. I told her I already tried that and it and it did not work (the charge came through again on my bank statement). After waiting 30 minutes and getting no where via phone, or 20 minutes via chat, I will be calling my bank next and disputing the monthly charges and reporting it was fraud. Junk equipment too...sound never did work and I'm tech savvy and know how to check settings to make sure the sound is on, etc. So many better products out there. This company has "sold out" now that they have grown.

    I purchased the outdoor camera as an alternative to ADT or other monitoring service. teh cameras worked well enough that I purchased additional cameras. Then I subscribed to cam plus at the beginning of 2023. When Cam Plus Unlimited was recently released I was told I had to cancel my original subscription to move all my cameras over. There was no prorated relief for the 2 months I was losing. Their **************** is virtually non-existent. After waiting for over 25 minutes on hold, the person you speak to is located in ***************. They have no authority to fix issues with anyone's account. I am still waiting for a resolution and a call back from an account specialist who has visibility of my account information and the ability to fix the issues. I may just throw them all away and find a reliable company! The phone number listed for them on this page is no longer in service.

    I purchased and installed updated Wyze cameras. We realized that the new cameras were not working properly. Wyze representatives advised us that I needed to purchase a service plan. I purchased the plan under my email address and still realized the cameras were not working. The customer service agent pulled up my account and told me that I had purchased the plan under the wrong email address. She said that the cameras were set up under my wifes email address. She said do not worry. Purchase the plan under the correct email address that are linked to the cameras and we will refund your money. She said to look for an email in 24 to 48 hours about the refund. The email never came, and I called them numerous times and eventually I received an email stating that there will be no refund issued. Since receiving this email, l I have contacted the call center which is in *************** and asked to speak to management at the corporate office, and I am told each time that management does not accept phone calls that all correspondence are done through email. All I am seeking, is for the annual service charge that was purchased under the incorrect email account to be refunded to my credit card as now I have been charged for 2 annual CAM PLUS unlimited plans. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company but no resolution yet. Please beware of this this company. They are fraudulent and care nothing about their customers. I chose a rating of 1 because 0 was NOT an option.

    I used to like Wyze. They offered an unlimited plan which I enrolled in, I had just, two weeks prior paid for an old plan, $59 a single camera plan(3) so I asked for a refund on the prior plan, if they offered a new plan, they surely would cancel and old plan. I contracted them and they said they do not offer a prorated refund. They should have made this clear and refund my money. If I had known this, I would have not enrolled in the new plan, especially since I had JUST renewed.They are double charging me. They are a fraudulent company who does not care about their customers. Do not buy anything from this company!

    7+ cameras and none work reliably, new or old versions. They require you to unplug them which is adequate as long as you don't want to use them while you are working remotely or not home.

    this company has turned into a scam. wont cancel an order, and wont deliver anything either to return. also try to force you into paying for subscriptions when you order.agents just lie to you in hopes that you just go away.

    Unethical, fraudulent, scam. Sub par app charges you even after you cancel. Then they claim no refunds, no customer service and no management to own up to their mistakes. Looks like many many reviews with the same feedback. Will never buy another wyze product.
