  I recently purchase a **** ***** accord engine. The engine i received was broken. I called numerous times about this broken part and the company just kept telling me to call back or someone else would call me back. My mechanic spoke to them on the phone and explained what was wrong with the engine and he was able to fix it. But i must be compensated due to me buying other parts. I called about the partial refund and the customer service rep on the phone gets upset because i called him a liar. He now decides to send my mechanic the refund and not myself, which is the person who purchased the engine. When i did the transaction i made It through *****. Now they claim that i have to wait 24 hours to receive the money back. Moral of the story is that this business is unprofessional.

  There are so many things I can't describe with how satisfied I am with this company. I have an 03 ********** Eclipse GS that's a family car that I earned and really strive to keep with for as long as possible. The crankshaft rod shot and the motor died out slowly after. So I spent since Febuary looking for a replacement motor or other 3Gs I can pull a motor from, but couldn't find anything reasonable. Eventually I stumbled across BUAP and spent a few days looking into the company online. I didn't find anything sketch or many bad reviews, so I decided to call to see if they had real people to speak with. So I went ahead and called last month and spoke with *** about pricing on a new engine, prefferably in the ****** range, and what the full cost would look like. I was ready to spend **** on this purchase if I needed. and *** was able to find me a 96k mileage motor for, of the one I needed, and out of nowhere struck me a deal that cut delivery costs in half. Out of just pure kindness of his heart, when he could've just gave me the full price. I even argued the offer because I wasn't sure it was real, as I had just found this seller online. I took the day to consider and *** kept up with me till 3 that same day and I took the offer, and had money to spare because of it. Through the delivery and email process, ******** took great care of me, keeping me updated, answering any questions, showing me the engine after sanitation and inspections, and keeping me reassured that this company is legit. Everyone was so kind and informative and I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to find replacements parts for their car. Much love to these people, and I thank this company for helping me keep my family car alive.

  ******** contacted me regularly (perhaps too often) to verify I had purchased the correct engine. My **** ****** Highlander is back on the road. My mechanic says the engine was good complete and clean. It was a fair price, and I can certainly recommend them.

  Communication was an issue and delivery went out one week later than expected. When delivered, driver did not phone correct number to mechanic picking up motor.
