      I am giving a five-star rating based on customer service. I was given assistance.in the placement of the order all the way through delivery. I dont know if the module will work yet, but based on customer service i rate them a five!

      I had to replace a module on my van. All of the dealers and auto parts stores did not have one available. When I called the manufacturing company, they said that the module was on a national backorder! My van was not drivable for over 6 weeks. That's when I called ***** at Best Use Auto Parts. He not only had the part - he shipped it promptly! The price was definitely right and I'm back on the highway again. I will be buying from them again!

      I live on Maui and we have no parts yard on the island and the parts yards in ******** didn't have a useable good condition low milage engine for my **** T-Bird. I called around to literally scores of parts yards across the country and found several had exactly what I needed but NO ONE would ship to ****** for any price.Then I happened on Best Use Auto Parts. They had a low milage engine for my T-Bird and were very accommodating in arranging shipping to Maui.My mechanic was in awe of the engine they shipped to him. It looks like new and has very low milage. My expatiations were far exceeded by BUAP.As soon as I get the engine installed, I'm going to make a list of incidental parts and send it to BUAP. They have renewed my hope to keep my T-Bird on the road for another 20 years.THANK YOU TO EVERYONE at BUAP. Everyone I dealt with on the phone was knowledgeable, friendly and a joy to interact with. Keep up the great work!

      Ive never had any business with this company. However, my wife had her credit card stolen when we notified this company of what was going on they were extremely rude. One guy accused my wife of fraud when she is the victim. The same man felt comfortable enough to tell her f*** you when she told him that she was in fact the victim of stolen credit card. When I called to speak with the man he all of a sudden was unavailable and then the business also threatened my wife they were calling the cops on her because she is apart of this. I can not imagine a business who was reached out to by victims of fraud handling this situation in a worse manner.

      I purchased a used engine for my 2008 porsche boxster from Best Use Auto Parts, and I'm thrilled with their service. The fast delivery and regular order updates were impressive. It's rare to find such efficiency and communication in auto parts. Highly recommended!
