  James from this company is an outstanding employee for this organization and overall this company is amazing.
  
  Setting appointment, easy.
  Communication, clear.
  Follow up, perfect.
  Showed up exactly on time and called with an arrival warning.
  
  Cared about not making a mess. James, field agent for this company, was thorough, educational, presentable, kind….a guy you can leave $100 bill on the table and it will be there when you get back!
  
  Solid company, solid service, solid employees….this type of service has been missing since COVID started!
  
  Great job guys, Give James a big raise…seriously.

  Hello. I'm an "Olde local". I went to your Poulsbo store and was met by your sales representative Joie. Amidst so much change and so many people having discovered the Poulsbo/Kitsap area - not all the change is good, especially that of "progress". It was refreshing to have met Joie, someone who brought the world of kindness back to the stage, the way Poulsbo, for the most part, used to be. She excelled in my search for the proper item I needed in the rebuild of my chimney and was very proactive in listening to my concern. Thank you for hiring people like her. Collectively the world needs more people like her with a positive attitude, people who are sincerely willing to "pay it forward" A+ - Peter K

  We had an excellent experience with the entire Custom Hearth team. Joie, on the sales side in Poulsbo, was so easy to work with and was very patient with all of our questions (which were many due to being fireplace newbies) over the many months it took us in our process. Mark came out a few times to survey our home for both wood and gas fireplace options. That was a huge help to us in deciding what was the best option for what we wanted to achieve; just getting ideas and suggestions, and being able to lean on his experience and vast knowledge. Aaron and Randy did such a great job on the installation. They were clear communicators from start to finish. Super professional and respectful, and left our home as clean as it was when they arrived. Could not be happier with the entire process - not to mention the price - and everyone that we worked with at Custom Hearth. Highly, highly, recommend!

  Old propane fire place needed replacing; dreaded the prospect of getting it done.
  Worked with Joie (Poulsbo location) and found the perfect replacement, a Valor H5. No sale pressure and the price was reasonable.
  We did the tear out and frame job ourselves because we know how. Mark did the pre installation inspection and OK’d our work.
  Randy and Zac (I think I got the name right), showed up on install day and started working. Less than 3 hours later the job was done and a fire lit putting out heat!
  Will spend a bit of time finishing up the Sheetrock, installing new tile, and installing the mantle.
  All in all, a pleasure dealing with Custom Hearth!

  11 STARS!
  Estimator, Mark, was creative in finding a solution to the bizarre chimney
  SOMEONE ELSE built -- crazy, brain damaged chimney builder.
  Crew, Arron and Zack, were creative with every ugly surprise encountered as the job progressed. They determined to right the situation. They knew what they were doing and superior at it!
  They were communicative, explained the problems, the solutions, got help from the manufacturer on a new configuration and finished the job without a need to return!
  Both Zack and Arron were polite and worked thoughtfully in the 85+ degree sun. They did a excellent job of cleaning up, too!
  Superlative service by all involved in the job... WOW!!!

  installed stove great job Scott and Zack were great as well as the sales rep Joey. For anyone looking for a new pellet stove, this is the first place to look for excellent service
