      Excellent service! **** coordinated everything, followed up with emails, **** did a thorough inspection preceding the installation of our woodstove by ***** and ****. They were all courteous, respectful, timely, and efficient. It couldn't have gone more smoothly or timely from my first inquiry to installation completion.

      The tech did a great job and diagnosed an electrical resistance issue on our on/off gas fireplace. He bypassed the unit at the fireplace that was causing the fireplace to flame out. It has been degrading for some time. I would have given a 5 star but we paid for a cleaning 4 weeks prior that did not solve it. It was not a cleaning issue, was all about the switch bypass. So thus we paid more then we would have if the diagnosis was correct the first time. Other than that the tech was awesome. Thank you.

      I was totally impressed with the entire process from the purchase to the installation. The only little glitch I had was I had to figure out how to light the pilot light on my gas water heater. ??

      ***** was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient in repairing our stove. He definitely went the extra mile in repairing a part that can no longer be replaced, and made it look as good as new! I would definitely recommend.

      Wonderful experience from sales to installation. We bought our Evergreen from the Poulsbo store and Joie was always a great help.
      Scott, Zack and Brent installed the stove efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend Custom Hearth.

      We recently had a wood stove installed by Custom Hearth Fireplaces & Stoves. Brayden, Mark and the installation team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We are very happy with the finished product and there were only a few final corrections that we requested to be completed. The corrections were completed in a timely manner and we're looking forward to our first burn. We highly recommended this company for any wood stove needs and we'll call in the future for any maintenance that needs to be performed.

      We purchased a pellet stove from Custom Hearth many years ago so we looked to them for two propane fireplaces when we were ready to remodel our current home. Joie helped us with the current FirePlace Xtrordinair options and answered all of our questions readily to get our order in. Mark came out to do the preview and fit check with our framing etc. and was very helpful and thorough. The install team (team 2) of Aaron and Huntz just installed the first of 2 fireplaces and did a great job. They were very meticulous making sure the cosmetic of the fireplace was in great shape, to doing the piping and installing the custom cap pipe reducer we had made, the apron, and then the cap. All done very well with care to show us pictures of how it all came together up top, to detailed training on how the fireplace worked. They also made sure we knew where the propane shutoff and electrical shutoff are in the stove, and fired it up to make sure everything worked as expected. Great experience all around. Would highly recommend all of them and are anxiously awaiting fireplace #2 install next week.

      My recent experience purchasing a new wood stove and venting system was perfect, and there were many hoops because I live in a condo in Port Ludlow. Custom Hearth staff was highly competent, explained things well so I could make informed choices, and very customer service oriented. I do a lot of research, ask a lot of questions and they answered everything with great patience and detail. I want to give a special shout-out to: Joie my salesperson in Poulsbo, Mark the site inspector from Bremerton, Christina in Bremerton who helped with a condo insurance matter, and the two installers Aaron and Huntz. I highly recommend this company. *********
