      Brayden answered my questions, gave me information, and took care of the paperwork and permits (which I am very appreciative of) for my order. The gentleman (whose name I do not remember) that came out to perform the measurements and inspection answered more questions and with that information I could make a final decision on how and where to install the ****** ****** ** Pellet Stove. Aaron, Huntz and Scott removed my old unit and installed the new unit and piping professionally and fast. They were also willing and able to answer more of my questions, lol. Thank you to all from Custom Hearth for a job well done.

      They were great! We got our fire place set up just in time to enjoy it a little before the summertime. Picking it out was easy and installation was smooth and timely. Definitely recommend using them for your next purchase!

      Information and assistance in choosing the right stove was excellent. We had to change our minds several times because of rules and regulations and another option was always presented to us. Installation of the stove went smoothly and instructions on how to operate the stove was presented clearly. We are very appreciative of the whole process.

      Braydon helped us select the correct unit to replace our gas stove that failed. He went above and beyond to make sure it met our needs. Scott and Zack performed the installation efficiently and respectfully. Thank-you to everyone involved in this transaction. Just wish the unit would have been available sooner, but we realize it is tough right now to get items manufactured in a timely manner.

      I bought a Quadra fire insert from Custom Hearth in Gorst Washington. Brayden Meyers’s was the salesman and was so pleasant to deal with. Brayden answered all my questions and always got back with me if he did not the answer. I recommend this salesperson and store to buy your stove or any products that you need.

      I had my fireplace insert replacement installed yesterday. Custom Hearth and their team provided stellar service, delivered a quality product, and provided an excellent customer experience beginning with my first call for service. **** was friendly, responsive, and efficient with all of my questions. The crew that provided service and installation, ****, *****, ****, ************** were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure that was informed throughout the process. I will definitely refer Custom Hearth and team.

      Brayden at Custom Hearth helped me in person and over email regarding fitment and selecting the proper size woodburning insert for my fireplace. Mark (I believe was his name) was extremely friendly and helpful during the inspection process. Lastly, Aaron and Huntz (Self proclaimed "Team Fun"!) were phenomenal during the install. Quick, professional, friendly, and able to answer the questions I had at the time.
