Continued unsolicited text messages from their platform Hotmail. I receive 3-5 on most days. From spammers and scammers.

This company operates a complete racket. After speaking with four different reps, repeating my problem four different times, they still could not resolve my issue for a service I already paid for. I have proof of purchase, including an email confirmation and credit card statement. **************** reps were nice enough, but unfortunately were not competent in the least.

Where to begin... I've been playing xbox live for 12 years now and never thought **************** could be so horrible. My account was hacked over 2 months ago and I have not been able to get on my account to play my games since. Bought into the whole buy online games instead of a physical copy... big fn mistake!! Can't play them if you can't sign in. I've called over 20 times and out of that I've connected to two people who speak fluent English and where at least some help... I've also been charged for my xbox live even tho I have not been able to play. I'm currently still waiting for this magical team to solve my problem but for some reason I still have to call and try to get an update? Still fails and lots of forms to fill out. I'm so unhappy with this and if you had a choice to stay away from Microsoft products I would do it. You are not going to get help and you'll be on here just like me complaining. This company only cares about the money they take from you. Was only givin 5 dollars and a month back of live... it's been over two months and my season pass is 15 dollars. Couldn't even get back what I put into it and not even I'm sorry we **** here you go. I hope this company gets hacked so hard they close their doors for good...I guess a Playstation will be on my Christmas list this year.

I have a fraudulent charge on my card. Ive discussed this in chat with Microsoft and they verified it wasnt from my account, my IP address, or my email. They have yet to refund my money and its been over a week since Ive heard anything. You cant call and my emails are not being answered.

I was charged $75.24 on my credit card.by Microsoft. When I attempted to contact Microsoft via the phone number for them via my credit card statement, the message was I had to contact them through their website. I went there and was notified I have an account with Microsoft. I indicated that I had forgotten my password. All is good I get into my account. When I fill in the help box that I do not know what this charge is about, I get back a messages that they see I am requesting batteries. This happens twice. I go into the info concerning the account to discover my last name is misspelled, which I correct, and that they have a land line I have not had for approximately 6 years. I tried to eliminate it and all of a sudden my correct telephone is not working even though that is my sign-in name. Now I am told I will not have access to my account until after 8/6/2022, and they cannot answer any questions. I then ****** Microsoft to see what their charges are. Guess what, I cannot obtain that information on line. A company that cannot be reached and does disclose their fees has something to hide. This is a big company that needs to be investigated.

Microsoft went into my account and fraudulently stole $99.99 for services of which I never approved or never used. I tried unsuccessfully to resolve the issue with Microsoft. After more than 6 hours on the phone, associates that hung up and promises of call backs that never happened, I finally had to resolve the issue with my bank. I had to cancel my debit card which caused more headaches with no immediate access to funds and redistribution of funds to existing **** payments. Buyer beware. Microsoft no more.

I returned my laptop exactly as instructed in perfect condition with the keyboard attachment and Microsoft 365. I was refunded for ONLY the keyboard, with Microsoft stating their warehouse didnt receive the laptop or 365. But I sent them all together so someone either stole it or theyre lying. The weight of the package on my receipt also shows it weighed more than just a keyboard. Im out 600 bucks ** they wont help me. Im filing with the ftc and do not know what else to do. Microsoft basically stole 600 from me.
