      I purchased Toxin Rids 10-day detox program for $185, believing it would remove THC from my system. Instead, I experienced severe stomach issues for the entire ten days, and my follow-up lab test still came back positive for THC. I strictly followed all the instructions and mailed all required proof (including lab results) to Toxin Rids P.O. Box.Despite calling and emailing multiple times, Ive been passed from one representative to another with no resolution. No one has taken responsibility for my case or offered a refund. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I am requesting a full refund for a product that failed to deliver on its promises and caused me significant discomfort. I strongly urge potential customers to exercise caution before purchasing this program.

      Website had fake reviews. Support sent me the below in response when asking for refund.Thanks for reaching out, and especially for putting your premedidated friendly fraud attempt in writing.We'll forward that over to your credit card issuer. We have zero fake reviews on the site, and in fact, your accusations are incredibly offensive. All reviews go through a 3rd Party, we do not make reviews, have fake reviews, nor have we ever utilized fake reviews in all 25 years we've been in business, *****. It's interesting that you place an order for a detox program, which you have retained in your possession while demanding a refund.Please note, the manufactuer of the detox programs offers a money back guarantee. You'll need to follow the instructions on the side of the detox program you currently have in your possession and submit your documentation for a refund, should you wish. It looks like this: Thank you again for your brilliant email; we appreciate the forethought required to lay out your friendly fraud attempt.We will be sharing these communications with your credit card issuer, and every/all parties associated with this type of invalid chargeback.       Order #TR-108834. Ordered on Saturday 07/20/2024 at 5:38pm, sent an email trying to cancel said order at 07/20/2024 6:04pm LESS THEN 30 MINUTES AFTER! And they still processed my order and put a tracking # to it to make the order status Shipment pending so I cant cancel it per the cancelation policy. This company is a bunch of crooks and pieces of ****, their product probably doesnt even work considering the issues that have come about just in this short period. I have the emails and proof with time stamps of me trying to cancel in a timely manner. Most if not all of their reviews have been submitted and requested before the clients have even tried their product. Dont order from these pieces of s***

      This company is a SCAM! I asked for a refund directly after placing my order but didnt receive a response until after the order had shipped which stated refunds couldnt be issued after the product has shipped. I tried it anyway and just like all other reviews stated this product DOES NOT WORK!! Do not waste your money like I did! Toxin Rid will steal your money and give you a faulty product in return! BUYER BEWARE!!!

      Were never gonna know if the product worked because half of my kit was expired dates from 2022, my pills were dated at 2024. Detox drink and fiber drink 2022 dont know how you can deliberately package this with expired dates on it. So far the only response Ive got is to buy more products from them. I would not recommend it.

      Do not buy products from this company! I bought their aloe shampoo and used it by itself and it caused severe ***** to my scalp, face, and shoulders. I emailed customer service and got a boilerplate email back about how the product is safe and refused to let me send the product back. Based on how they already had a boilerplate email, Im going to go out on a limb and say that Im not the first to mention it and it is indeed not safe as they state.

      ZERO stars. Poor customer service, false advertising, all around a waste of health and money as it made me very ill and deficient in important vitamins. I was supposed to have 75 tablets in my kit, but only received 68. They would not replace the missing tablets for free. Also, make sure you carefully read the money back guarantee. This kit did not clear all "toxins" from my body and I was never able to pass a test, and now I cannot get my money back. It's honestly just a hoax.

      If I could leave no stars I definitely would. Bought 2 bottles of the mouthwash used both bottles before testing followed instructions precisely and still failed my test. The company reached out to me to ask about my experience and after I was told they offer a money back guarantee I was given the run around I provided proof of purchase as well as my test results and again this is after the company reached out to me Im being told I have provide them proof of the barcode on the bottle the same bottle I threw away after opening. Now they want me to mail them proof in a sealed envelope

      Chronic Slow-release benzo user here. Not proud of it but I have to cover it up and toxin rid really helped with that. I passed a drug test and would have lost my job if I hadnt. Took the 10-day toxin rid detox and backed it up with a detox drink called Rescue Cleanse and it worked a treat. You must drink water and rest and sweat every single day as well, but this stuff does work.

      I do not recommend this business. They are a poorly run business and have terrible customer service. I probably lost money on this product, and I can not stress enough about not using this company. The first thing they did was say no refunds for shipment delays; I paid for that. I understand they don't control the shippers, but ****, just don't be like we don't give refunds! I don't know about the product's usefulness because I still have not received it.
