      I ordered a product from this company, my package was delivered by ****** it was delivered to the wrong address. I filed a complaint with ***** and was told that I have to file a complaint with the shipper which is toxin rid. I filed a complaint with toxin rid and they told me that it would take 7 days for me to hear from them, I have not received my package or money back. *** sent out five emails and still havent received a reply. I would like my money back with us $270. I paid for overnight delivery and did not receive my package!

      An investigation was promptly opened by us on your behalf with ******

      Their conclusion in this case was to unfortunately deny the claims you have made against them. If you choose to, you may of course reply to these findings with a rebuttal & additional evidence.

      We do our best to debate on behalf of our customers with shipping partners, but are equally at the whim of their final decisions.

      We are continuously evaluating our relationships with shipping partners and will be taking your experience into consideration.
