My name is ******* MIMD I have answered in the last three years several surveys for this company so did other doctors who are complainingon the Internet about them. They are not paying the bill. They are stealing the money and not sending us the money, they promise they will if we answer the survey we spent hours answering service and the embezzle the money I would enclose a picture I took of two surveys I did for them recently. They canceled my account. Never paid me any money. Send mean email that if I didnt use the credit I have I will lose it when I went to their website to try to login I canceled so they stole all this money. I contacted them. They dont answer the phone and every time I send them an email they say well look into it and then no answer at alluntil this day. These people are crooks and I hope you can do something about that or shut them down.Initial Complaint

I have completed multiple surveys in which prior to completing surveys it is stated that the honorarium will be credited in 4 to 6 weeks. Still pending honorarium. Study ***** completed 3/13/25 still pending approval. I have sent multiple messages to mdsforlives with no response. I was recruited by ******** ****** from ************************** to take a survey about inflammatory bowel disease (the survey number was GID-*****). I was offered $180 for my time commitment and completed the survey 4/2/2025 at 10 AM central time. Following completion of the survey, ******** reached out again to ask that I refer other doctors to him so that they could complete the survey. I chose not to because I could not access the ************************** portal. The website allows you to login but does not allow you to access your earnings. I let ******** know this and he promised to follow up within 24 hours. He did not respond ever again. Now when I call the number he used to contact me ************** I get an automated message that I'm waiting in a queue but no-one ever answers.I'm disgusted by the actions of this company. I signed up/registered for this survey site for medical professionals via an affiliate link that awarded me a $20 sign up/registration bonus. However, after registering I was told that my account would not be credited the $20 registration/sign up bonus until I had completed my first survey. I completed my first & 2nd surveys on the site months ago, yet my account was not immediately credited the $20 sign-up/registration bonus I had been twice bren assured by ********** CSR **** would be credited upon completion of my 1st survey & still to this day my $20 sign-up/registration bonus has not been credited to my account balance. I have sent multiple messages to MDforLuves CSR **** in the last 2.5 months asking to have my $20 bonus credited to my account as promised, but I am either told they are "looking into the issue" or my messages are ignored. Furthermore, MDforLives has a $50 account balance minimum in order to cash our your ************ balance is only $48 from the surveys I took, which is why I have been consistently contacting MDforLives ********* have my $20 sign-up/registration bonus credited to my account as promised, so my balance would exceed $50 & I can cash out, but my inquiries are being ignored. I just want the $20 sign-up/registration bonus I was promised & have earned credited to my account balance. I have includes a screenshot of my correspondence with MDforLives CSR support where they clearly stated to me in October 2024 that my $20 sign-up/registration bonus would be credited to my account as soon as I compketed ny first survey which I did & was approved this past January 2025, yet MDForLives has still consistently failed to credit my account the $20 bonus despite my repeated correspondence to them requesting they do so.Business Response

I currently have 72$ from the Surveys I did for this company. I tried to collect this money since August 2024. I reached out to them multiple times regarding getting the money. I have sent them the screen shots and videos they requested. MD for Lives did not help me to resolve this issue. I emailed them in Jan and again in March and again, nothing was done. They now tell me that this money is going to expire in 5 days. I reached out to them again to get access to this money. I am rejecting this response because:This is not acceptable at all. I spent the time doing the surveys and send multiple messages which you ignored. You cannot just reject surveys whenever you want as you are collecting paid survey responses for free with bait and switch.

To be eligible for the incentives, you must complete the entire survey.

MDforlives is supposed to be a website for health care professionals to share insight, complete surveys and make some extra money. However, the company does not want to pay out the money they claim to offer. I have reached out to them several times about surveys I have completed and wanting to redeem my money for the gift cards they allegedly offer. Each time I get a very generic and contradicting response. I have received responses saying it takes 2-3 weeks to process and another response saying 6-8 weeks. Either way it had been over the time period for both of those. At this point I just want to redeem my rewards and close the account, never to use the service again.Business Response

I completed a survey on 9/4/24 with survey ID 9215 and it has remained in pending status for nearly 1 month. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company, but they do not respond in any way. It seems quite intentional that this survey remains in pending status because as soon as it moves to completed status, my reward amount will reach the threshold to allow withdrawal of rewards. I have no other way to get through to this company so I am having to resort to what it appears many other people have had to do. I am very disappointed in this company.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
I initially would have had no issue with this response as I relented based on the explanation that it would **** *-8 weeks for approval of the survey. But since they are demanding proof that they offered a ***** hour response, I will copy and paste below the email response stating they would respond in that time frame. This is taken directly from the email response from the company and the only change I made is to remove my full name. If it becomes necessary, I will figure out a way to attach the email itself rather than copying and pasting it here. It is still disappointing that it has required this much effort to elicit a response from the company when they could simply monitor their "support contact" that is present on their website and respond appropriately. As seen by multiple other complaints, you would think the company would take a hint and do a better job communicating which would likely resolve the issue. Two simple changes would make all of these issues go away: 1- Respond to communications entered on your "contact us" support messaging system (and if that system is not getting messages through, FIX IT! Seems simple enough), 2- CLEARLY state on the website exactly what to expect in regard to timelines with payment of survey honorarium. If client knew when to expect approval and payment, or if you simply respond to messages from clients, there would be very little reason for ongoing BBB complaints against your company. I'm not a businessman nor do I have a degree in PR or marketing, but these seem like some pretty simple common sense solutions that could be enacted quickly and easily and would likely eliminate a lot of headache for the company.
