    I would like to be removed from their panel. I have emailed and unsubscribed multiple times, without being removed. The reason I want to be removed is, I have completed surveys and they owe me $54. They said they are not paying me because I did not complete the survey correctly. I disagree with this. I would like to be removed completely from their panel.

    I have done surveys for this company and never gotten compensated. They have been giving me a runaround for last 2 months

    Company delays issue of gift cards or provides incorrect (and evidently fraudulent) gift card codes when is is ready to be redeemed. I have called countless times (rep: ****************************** ****************************** **************) and the gentleman who picks up, although nice, just keeps with "We will take a look and get back to you doctor," clearly trying to kick the can down the road. It is also weird how the gift cards are redeemed, requring a one-time-password (OTP) which then will take you to another third-party company (Plum) to view or download the claim code. However, I have been dealing with a fraudulent code for the past 3 weeks, and even Amazon has thrown their hands in the air because they don't know how they can help.

    I am unable to redeem my $42 honorarium that is accrued on my account because they have an old mobile number listed on my account. There is no where to update my mobile number on the site and any redemption requires a confirmation code sent to my mobile number.I have emailed them on their site under contact us several times without any respose. The phone numbers they have listed to call are both disconected.

    There is no error message.My email for the account is *************************** I need to change my mobile # that is on my profile in order to validate my survey honorarium redemption. The correct mobile # is ************. There is no where on their site to update this. I have sent many requests on their contact site without ever receiving any responses and the contact phone numbers are invalid.
