I bought The Elders Scrolls V: Skyrim for the Nintendo Switch. It was a terrible experience as the game is absolutely riddled with glitches. I can't believe Nintendo allowed this game to released on their console. I want a full refund for my purchase. ******** and ******** have already denied. Will Nintendo take care of it? Let's find out.

Dear BBB,Remember when Nintendo was the fun company? You know, the one that gave us Super ***** 64, GoldenEye, and Ocarina of Time, when they were about joy, not lawsuits and greed? Yeah, me too. But that Nintendo's long gone. The 2025 version? It's like the final boss of bad business practices.Where do I even start? They punish loyal fans like it's a sport. Mod a game you legally bought? ******. Use emulators to preserve classics they refuse to resell? Sued. Voice a character for years? Dropped without warning, don't even get a voicemail. One guy has to fork over 25% of his income for life just for pirating games. Not just fined... financially enslaved. It's like Nintendos Wario now runs legal.Meanwhile, they're cozying up to $80+ AAA pricing while shipping games that barely innovate. $70 for a reskin with fewer features? What are we paying for, nostalgia tax? That ***** Day "sale"? A joke. Its like slapping a clearance sticker on full-price.Then theres that infamous Browser's quote about poor people not being their customers. Real classy. No money, no *****? Thats the new motto?Nintendos warpath of lawsuits, bans, and suspensions is anti-consumer to the core. They go after fan projects with more passion than they put into online play. Heaven forbid someone make a free game that makes people love Nintendo more... Cant have that! They used to be the quirky underdog. Now theyre the ****** of gaming, minus the polish and plus a vendetta against their own fans. It's not just disappointing, its downright predatory. Theyve turned goodwill into a legal sledgehammer.Nintendo needs to be held accountable. This isnt just bad PR, its anti-consumer, monopolistic behavior from a company that thrives off our childhoods while punishing us for loving them too much. Thanks for your time. Someone has to call out the Power Glove-wearing elephant in the room.Sincerely,A Former Nintendo Fan

I reached out to Nintendo for repairs and was told to send my device to them for repairs at $107.17 which I did and paid for but they told me they have to erase all the downloaded saved games after the repairs. I told them to send me back my device if there is no way to repair the device without wiping off the saved games, they sent back my device and never refunded me as agreed.

Very bad online shopping experience. Order took 2 weeks to come and customer support is unhelpful to explain why the order wasnt shipped 5 days after order placed. I lost patience and ordered somewhere else when I tried to cancel the order I was told because its placed it cant be cancelled even though its been preparing shipping for 5 days. In the end I have to return the package and i wasnt provided a return label. Customer support says I have to pay for the return as its not included in this type of request. Policy is very unclear and they have all loopholes blaming customers for their fault and let they pay. If you can find the physical product elsewhere dont buy at their online store

My son ******* Switch console battery blew up in his hand about 2 months ago( He is autistic) it shock him just as he dropped it. Thank goodness he was not injured, but he was traumatized. I contacted ******* and basically all they did was have me send the game in and just put a new batter inside the same freaking console and sent it back. Now my son is afraid of playing the game or even touching it, because he's afraid it will happen again. So I ended up taking the game for him. And when I put all the information in there as a new user. The shop will not allow any games to be purchased. It keep having an error on it saying check with my bank. My banks says everything is good on their end, and they're is not restrictions and I can use my card. I used my card to by my daughter game 2 weeks ago. But for the past 2 weeks I've been getting the run around with Nitendo switch with me calling them twice telling them I've tried buying a game card, it still doesn't work, and they want me to use PayPal. I've used PayPal in the past and it doesn't work where I'm at, but you still would have to link your card just to add funds now what sense does that make. What they should have done was give my son a brand new console from the battery exploding. So since they didn't want to do their job. I'm doing my job with busting them out on BBB. And I will be contacting a lawyer sense they want to play games with me. Either they need to send a brand new console. Even if the warranty was up. You still responsible, because it's y'all game Nitendo. I will be contacting corporate as well as soon as I find out what's the number and the **** Because this is not far to my son. My son has signs of PTSD from this incident.

Another time I wish I could leave a 0 star review. It's appalling that a company with such a history of quality can be so poorly run as it is in America. Their free shipping with orders over $xx is the stuff of 1975... 3-9 days ground. I ordered something on **** a few weeks back from ***** and it arrived in 2 days for free shipping. They can't get something halfway across the US in 9 days? Package was "lost" and missed my son's birthday. I called on day 7 when it hadn't moved in 3 days in hopes they could send me a replacement package with free upgraded shipping, nope I had to wait for the full 9 to find out what I already knew. Fuming I called them and asked them to cancel and refund my order they informed me they could but it may be up to a week for the refund, whatever no biggy. Then about 5 days after it was supposed to be there my order shows up. Sadly I had already gone to the store and bought another one by that time so my kid's birthday wasn't ruined. Then today I get an email (had not gotten the refund yet of course) telling me to call them. I call them and they are like "oh I see your package has arrived are you good", NO I am not. I want a refund. They say they can refund me but I have to send the package back they can email me a label. I told them I was not driving that package anywhere, the box was all damaged and I live nowhere close to a drop-off for *** or ****** I ask for them to send a truck to pick it up and they say they can't.After snail speed, poor shipping choices, making me drive 1+ hours to buy what I ordered, and holding my money for over 2 weeks they expect me to drive another hour out of my way to return their busted-up package? Mind you, this was a ~$50 order, not $100s. I will NEVER buy another Nintendo product and will review them poorly as often as I can for the rest of my days. I am selling my Switch at the first chance and buying a PS5 and not looking back. Enjoy my $50 Nintendo you earned it.
