Worst experience with customer support. I have a ********************** Switch and it was not charging and it was under warranty. I was in touch with their customer support to fix this but no luck. Then Nintendo support requested to send the device to them. When they received it then they send me an email that the device is damaged and that is why we could not cover this under warranty. It was working since the last charge. My son complained that it is not charging when the device battery was showing 5%. Which means everything was fine and it was not damaged. Even I confirmed with my son that he didn't drop it on the floor or something. Now they are asking for $106 to repair it. I would like to let you guys know that please avoid this product.

Nintendo had a recent sale. I went on the ******** website, and saw there was one title still on sale. tried to purchase, but the price kept changing. however it kept telling me it was on sale. I contacted help, and they told me sorry sales over. But I showed them, and they saw themselves, the page still showed as the product being on sale. For 2 days it said it was on sale, but Nintendo would not honour the price. Saying there was nothing they can do. For a multi-billion dollar company I find it hard to believe there's "nothing" you can do to honour the price of what is being shown online for 2 days straight.
