      Navia is the worst. We have legitimate claims to get our pre-tax money back and it is almost impossible. They deny 90% of everything. Keep in mind, this is the money that we have put into this account to pay our high deductible. They adjust even when the money out of pocket is higher. I have over $4000 in there because it rolled over from last year. I am convinced this is just another stupid program to fleece the consumer. Just disgusting!

      My card expired and I didn't receive a new card. I called to request a new card on 1/3/23 it's now 1/19/23 and I still don't have a new card. Poor customer service. I would never recommend them.

      10/24/2022 If I could, I would give them a 0. I was on Cobra, and I needed to find another ********* company. I was trying to get on a gov. ********* plan until I could get on ********* I got a phone call right away from Navia saying they saw I was looking for health *********. They made it seem as if they were through the government. I swear everyone that works at that company are scam and Con artists. (Very Very good Con artists). They misinformed me, lied to me, and put me through h*** I was told that I would have pharmacy ********* coverage along with my medical. What they were talking about is DISCOUNT COUPONS, ************** I was constantly calling them, and they kept telling me I had pharmacy coverage. I did not. The pharmacists said they were only discount coupons nothing more, which I had to pay Navia an additional amount for. I finally had to go to an outside company mailing pharmacy and pay them in addition to paying Navia a huge amount. I have had a lot of illnesses and had to get scans and a lot of blood tests done along with a colonoscopy and an endoscopy and anesthesia. I was told that all would be covered because it was a preventative care. After I got the bills from the doctor's ****** none of it was covered. I ended up paying thousands of dollars. A lady at Navia told me that I was only aloud TWO diagnostic tests which included blood tests a YEAR! Of course, they lied to me about that as well. Many other problems. Please read all of these reviews. People did not take the time to put them up here if it wasn't true.

      Navia forfeited my HSA balance of 1500$ end of 2022 after I moved out of employer in Sept 2022. All the FAQs were pointing that HSA will be rolled over automatically every year even after termination. Even I was able to keep the account open for multiple years after moving out of HDHP plan. Total scam.

      Why dont you share the policies about HSA forfeiture after termination ? Is that correct ? Why would the CC rep and his supervisor were sharing incorrect info without even thinking if its correct or not.

      Terrible customer service. Having such a hard time getting my doula services approved and covered for FSA. Agents feeding misinformation and speaking on topics they are clueless about (ie. the difference between a medical doctor/OB and a doula). I have them through an employer and I wish there was a way you could drop them and use an alternative service, if there was I would.
