Lake Washington Windows & Doors exceeded my expectations. We had an opaque window installed in our bathroom and they came out and measured and recommended a particular type of glass. We were told the turn around time would be about 3-4 weeks but after two weeks they came and installed the new beautiful window. The crew that came out was efficient and had the new window installed in about an hour and cleaned up after themselves. They also put on shoe covers when they entered our house. The window is a great fit and adds a nice touch to our master bath. The receptionist, sales person and installation team had exceptional and professional customer service. The price was reasonable to top it off. Highly recommend this company!

5 starsGreat experience in every way, from the first email informing me of their 50% off sale, to the final day of install of 7 windows and 1 sliding door. The crew were knowledgeable, worked quickly and quietly, protected the floors and cleaned up everything. 5 stars5 stars for great work done (installed 2 exterior doors and a garden window, replacing old ones). They communicated well throughout the process, from beginning to end and were responsive to our concerns and requirements.Workers showed up on time, were clean, respectful of our privacy (we work from home), and did quality work.We couldn't be happier with the new doors and window. Professional every step of the process from initiation to completion of our fourteen window and door replacement project. ***, our rep, answered all our questions, provided suggestions, and worked to get ** competitive pricing. Great communication from support staff to keep us appraised of our order and expected installation schedule. Our installation crew lead by ***** was polite, proficient and completed our project ahead of schedule. Any hardware issues we identified were addressed and resolved. A few dings here and there but nothing major. One small missed communication regarding a manufacturer discount which I believe has been resolved. I did my research and glad I chose Lake Washington Windows & Doors Somsi came out to do assessment and install of glass in a sliding door and living room window.***** was a joy to work with! He represents the company well. Lake Washington Windows and Doors is a great outfit! They use fiberglass as opposed to vinyl or vinyl composite, so no shrinking or expanding, and it is also much stronger. The wait for installation was 6-8 weeks, not 6 months like other companies! The cost was considerably less than their competitors. The crew was great at keeping me informed. They were friendly, approachable, and professional. I fully recommend this company. Im very pleased with the windows I now have!Lake Washington Windows & Doors

A great experience from sales to finish product. They were recommended by neighbors.All of the staff were good communicators, letting us know job status from inception to completion.
