    Lemon Squad charged my credit card $179 for a mobile vehicle inspection on 7/20/22. This company never completed the inspection. String me along for over a week and they will not refund me. The staff along with the supervisor are rude. I was cursed out several times and threatened. The last threat was today 7/28/22 when I inquired about status of the order and was told they were going to cancel my order and good luck disputing the charge because they will show the cancellation to the credit card company and Id be out of luck. What business does this? I asked for a refund and they said no. No inspection was completed, no communication on status ever, they said the inspection would be done within 2 business days. Not the case. Theyre blaming the car dealership stating no one is calling them back but the car dealership wants the car sold, theyre not hindering their own sale. Again the staff at lemon squad is rude, used profanity and lies. I want my money back, services were not performed.

    ****************** contacted us on July 28th 2022 and proceeded to yell, swear, and cuss out both at our representatives and at a manager. We believe that ****************** is projecting his own actions onto us as we would never speak to a customer in such a way. This customer as also proceeded with a chargeback and their fee is currently being held while that process go on.

    Our average turn around time is about 1-2 business days but that is not a guarantee just a estimate. Inspections can be delayed due to issues such as traffic, weather,scheduling, etc. In the Terms and Conditions that ****************** read and agreed to when he placed his order it states that all sales are final. Due to all these facts we do not believe that this customer is entitled to a refund.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Each person I spoke to on a daily basis was rude and made excuses.  The inspection was never completed and my online account locked and when calling to even speak to someone the call is dropped from their end.  Why would I keep begging a company to take my money and attempt to use on another inspection?   The blocking of my online account to even schedule another inspection shows how this business is.  The last operator I spoke with and supervisor was the one doing the swearing/cursing and threats, not me.

    The charge was disputed with the credit card company once this business made it clear to me they weren't doing the inspection along with the threats.

    I don't care about the contract, I want a refund, inspection was not completed, went way beyond 1-2 business days, excuse after excuse and threats.  I don't do business with people like this, sorry.

    On Thursday July 28th I contacted lemon squad about getting a refund for a car inspection that was not performed when requested on July 27th and paid for fully on July 27th 27th I immediately called it will be called to ask for a refund since I did not have the service performed I was told that I would be contacted by a supervisor named Denise I was not contacted as of Monday morning August 1st I called And was told that everyone was impossible and then I asked if I could speak to the manager who was also named Denise or I should say identified as Denise I ended up speaking to Denise who told me that I could not have a refund I told her I told her that I know that refunds are possible with all businesses and the and that among other things I would need to contact Better Business Bureau and my bank if I'm not able to have a refund for work I never received she told me that this is not Burger King and I could not have it my way told me to have a nice day and hung up on me I called the company back and spoke to another associate who told me that I had received a full refund which I was able to verify in my email account II am assuming that the money will go through to my bank and at that point I would just like to have BB notify the BB notify the company of my negative experience
