      I just got an email supposedly from Amazon Prime. It said that my subscription was about to be renewed, and that my default payment method for my membership was no longer valid, I needed to update it. I went to the official Amazon Prime page and saw that, first of all, the payment is due on ***** and NOT on May 15 as it was said in the letter. Second of all, there is nothing wrong with my credit card. I checked the address which was in the email, and it took me to this "business". It does not have anything to do with the real Amazon Prime. It is a scam. I understood it immediately when I click on the link "update payment method" and I was asked about my SS number. Also, nobody is using such abbreviations as "well" instead "we will" and "cant" instead of "cannot" in official correspondence.

      My Amazon account was hacked on 1/22/2025. I have been activity attempting to resolve this issue and have my Amazon and all linked accounts and ******************** recovered. Despite dozens of phone calls and emails, Amazon is unable to restore the account. The hacker changed the email and name on the account; however, ********************** continues to send a password reset that is ineffective since my email is no longer linked to my account. I have sent order numbers, my driver's license and other demographics to verify my identity to no avail.I understand Amazon is not a member of BBB; however, it is noteworthy that the business is absolutely impotent when it comes to resolving significant issues with their accounts. Although linked accounts and ******************** have been paid for, they are also inaccessible.

      Amazon Corp. refuses to admit False Advertising. Customer ********************** evades any legality in said claim of False Advestising. I placed an order for Venom Steel Industrial Nitrile Gloves, Chemical Resistant Disposable Black Gloves, Latex Free, Powder-Free, Textured Grip, Heavy Duty Two Layer Protection, 6mil, One Size fits most, 100 count for $12.73. Place the original order on November 28th, 2024,and what came to my front door, a package consisting of a box of 50 ct gloves. I reached out to Amazon, and they said that they would replace the order and would make sure that I would receive the 100 ct order, and that I would not have to return the gloves that I received. About an hour later, I received an email containing a return directive, that I dropped off at the local drop site. They took the box of gloves, but didn't have a printed return label. The replacement order came 4 days later, and what quantity arrived, another box of 50 count. This is full fledged FALSE ADVERTISING!!

      Subject: Ongoing Billing Dispute for AWS EC2 Saving Plan - Request for Assistance Complaint Summary:We are working on nonprofit healthcare equity project funded by grants. Our project relies heavily on AWS EC2 resources, specifically P4/P5 GPU instances, to develop an AI model in the medical field.We subscribed to an AWS EC2 Saving Plan as part of our long-term project following advice from a junior AWS account manager. However, despite repeated efforts, we were unable to obtain access to the necessary ************** making it impossible to proceed as planned. The subscription process was unclear, and the Saving Plan was offered without transparency regarding the actual availability of high-performance ************** This lack of clarity has resulted in us being locked into a long-term plan for resources that were ultimately ************** a result, we have had to halt our project due to a lack of available computing resources. Despite losing key opportunities and funding, we attempted to cancel the Saving Plan to avoid ongoing costs. However, our requests have consistently been rejected by AWS, leaving us with continued recurring charges for services that we are unable to utilize.We have escalated this issue multiple times internally within AWS, but without resolution. The ongoing billing issue has placed significant financial strain on our nonprofit, without any productive progress.We kindly request BBB's assistance in resolving this matter. Specifically, we are asking for the cancellation of the Saving Plan charges and a refund of any charges incurred after we requested cancellation, given that AWS could not provide the required resources.Desired Resolution:Cancellation of the AWS EC2 Saving Plan charges.Refund of charges incurred after the initial cancellation request.

      I lost my account. I had 2 customer ********************** supervisors hang up on me. They say I can not get my account back but I have read about others getting theirs back. I lost all my ebooks over 1000.

      received damage and missing parts, returned 9 days ago, amazon received 5 days ago, still no refund. i have been calling amazon every day and get told different scenarios. i called amazon legal department but they are always closed. now amazon tells me to wait two more weeks then to call back. i want my refund. customers need to think before placing orders with amazon.

      I was charged for items I have developed an allergic too and they still refused to give me my money back. I made a rent payment and been on Amazon and my bank nothing came out until yesterday. Amazon still refuse to help. I have all screenshots of how the items wasnt shipping and yall still choice to not intercept the package. After this I will be suing yall for stealing. I explain to 10 different customers agents and they were rude and refused to help. I spend thousands with Amazon it stops now.

      I returned two items to a *** store and received my refund via Amazon gift card within 24 hours! It was even shipped from the third-party seller. I would have given them a five-star rating but lately my orders have been delayed when I purchased items that I wouldn't have only to be eligible for overnight delivery!!!! It always says Delayed in Transit!!!! Even when it says delivered at a locale facility several days prior???
