      Offers a "Free Tier" but doesn't do a good job at explaining what adds charges to an account. It can be as simple as a toggled setting, or volumes that are added automatically and not deleted as you delete the instance it belonged to. I didn't realize this and was charged for this "Free Tier" over several months. It went unnoticed because I saw "Amazon" in the payment details and assumed it was my Amazon Prime charge.

      Customer for many years. Recently informed by manager at Amazon that my return has to be received at their warehouse before I can get a credit on my Amazon acct. Even if theres tracking showing that I returned items. They are holding my money and not giving my refund. 1 item they received back 7/13/23 today is 7/20/23 and no credit on my Amazon acct. The other item I returned to Staples per Amazons instructions on 7/8/23 , I have my receipt and have sent it to them, and they are not showing that I have returned the item at all and again have kept my money. Im not sure what Amazon is doing but it is cheating the public, and I am very unhappy of being cheated out of my money.

      I have been trying to return an air conditioner I have never used because the parts don't fix and there was no user manual. Woot the third party kept telling me to contact the manufacturer for repair but I don't need repair. The parts do not connect. So finally I have tried on several attempts to just send the product back. **** sent another email today to send it back with *** coming out **** but they still won't give me a prepaid label. This is the 2nd time they WOOT has scheduled *** to come out and I have no postage paid labels to send it back.Weeks worth of emails and labels with my own address on it and still not resolved, Woot even sent me a code to scan to my phone and I took it to *** and the lady said the package would have been shipped to some lady I did not know named ********************************I am filing this complaint against Amazon whose A-Z department closed my case and I am still out of $235.00. I am elderly,disabled,single and on a fixed income and I cannot get my money back. Please help me.*******************

      Amazon gave me an email stating they were closing my Amazon KDP author account. Yet, they still are selling my books. Isn't this fraud?

      If a zero star was offered Id select that rating. They did a bait and switch on a product ordered. Sent a previously owned product when it listed as brand new. Didnt offer direct replacement, had to be refunded then reordered.Will not conduct business with them again.

      As if the other review weren't bad enough, here is a another one. I recently purchased groceries online as I do more than once a month through Amazon grocery and expected a delivery the following morning. NOT! The withdrew my money off both my cards totaling over $500. Then cancelled the other saying payment method declined. Proceeded to add insult to injury to ask me to update my method of payment. TO WHAT EXACTLY WHEN YOUVE STOLEN ALL OF THE MONEY I HAD AT THE MOMENT. Such a scam and sad excuse for customer ********************** and employees. I've been trying for 11 days to have Amazon return my money. This leave me in a really bad spot and I will NOT be ordering groceries again.

      I purchased a pair of lights from them and they came in not working properly. I called now 5 time to customer support and every time the item was to be picked up for a refund is still sitting at my door. Customer support is terrible and would like a call from the corporate office to resolve this and see my call log just regarding this one return. I also left a complaint with the BBB as well to have the corporate office contact me regarding this.

      I purchased 3 of the same item. I returned all 3. I was refunded for only 1. I have contacted them about it. I continue to get the run around and they say that they do not know where the rest of the refund has gone. They have stolen my money.

      Is really really sad how Amazon lately has gotten so careless in having our orders being delivered on day promise ! If were are paying for a service ( prime ) and before placing an order it says the day we supposed to get amazon should make sure we receive order in day promise ! Is sad how we as a customer the minute order is shipped out we get charged when we the customers at times arent receiving orders either they get lost or we wont get it on time and if we want a refund we would need to wait several days to get our money back ! I feel customers should get charged when order is delivered ! False advertising should not be permitted if before an order is placed and on Amazons web site says we going to get order on a certain day Amazon should make sure we receive the order on that day ! Because we the customers would have the enough funds when purchasing anything and is never a problem for amazon to get there money from order placed so we the customers shouldnt be going through a hassle to get our orders ! Amazon might say is not there responsibilities but it is because theyre advertising it on the web page and amazon chooses the delivery company to deliver our packages !

      I mistakenly sent two beautiful pair of expensive ****Bans value at $366.77. I mistakenly sent mine instead of theirs back which was $107. It was indicated they were turned in and I would receive a refund. The problem is supposed employee who check them in didnt check in mine. I believe this employee kept them . Obviously I cannot prove it but pretty sure this person dead instead of going to the supervisor saying this person sent the wrong glasses they kept them. I have tried to resolve this matter since the end of February Ive been given the runaround got off corporate this morning and theres nothing they can do for me, the representative said I will never get the glasses back and I will not receive any kind of refund for the mistake that I made even though the employee kept my glasses makes you wonder what else are they keeping and stealing from Amazon so double check what you sent back because I can promise you you will not get it back to beautiful expensive pair of ****Bans. I am out of my glasses and Im out of my pocket $366.77. I was shocked that they werent really to do anything about. It was such a big company as they are be careful Amazon your employees are some of them are thieves.
