      I was charged two for two items that I did NOT authorize and if not for the my messages via the Amazon platform I wouldn't know they were there. The items did not appear on my list of orders. I was able to cancel one item but the other is on route and I have to wait for the item to return it so that I can get refunded.

      I have been charged twice one charge on April 2, 2024, for Prime Video Channels for $ ***** and one on May 3rd for Prime Video Channel for $*****. I didn't authorize charges and do not know how they got my charge card number. Scam Scam

      FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!!!This is the third occasion I, or my family, have purchased items from Amazon that are not made where it states in the description. (I actually documented this experience with pictures of both seller description and item box that arrived. )I have tried to complain to Amazon recently and in the past about them allowing sellers to mislead the public and they will not post my seller feedback ousting theses individuals so now I hold Amazon fully responsible because they support these actions. Since I am looking to purchase Made in *******, I'll find a product labeled that (very hard to find), purchase it, then when I receive it, I notice it marked made in China or PRC. Apparently they try to label it as hate speech to support your country over another. All I ask is to be truthful of the product's origin. False advertisement is a criminal offense, you would think Amazon would not want to support criminals. I am getting tired of returning items I never would have purchased in the first place.************

      I ordered 4 items at one time, when i check out it showed a amount with free shipping, I was charged shipping for one item, when I called them they told me its a third party. that was not on the amount I agreed to!!! what a rip off!

      Instant 150$ Annual Renewal Upgrade was applied to my account when I clicked on a dropdown that auto-selects the top default when you exit. I immediately canceled the subscription and requested a refund. This was December 26th, at 8:55PM they sent an email notifying me of the cancellation. The website indicated I would get my refund in 5 business days. That did not happen.Today I contacted their customer support (after an hour of trying to reach them through their site!). I was told by them (Customer ********************** Rep, and Supervisor) the lie I had not canceled the service at all and that I would have to wait another 5 business days or the refund. This is a scam.The customer ********************** manager I spoke with, furthered the lie that I had not canceled services and then hung up on me claiming I had cursed him. At this point, I assume they are not giving me my money and I have attempted to reverse the charges with my bank.

      This place is not customer friendly. They ignore fact they sell you items. They talk to you like you are lower than a snake crawling on ground. They hang up on you total 19 times. Think they are keeping money not give refund. Someone needs a reality check this has been like trying to pull teeth out of a cobra to get assistance which that's pretty sad thing to say about a company. You send them a pkg. They mail it back but not to you to Staples. I mean good grief. The owner needs to get a grip retrain workers contact consumers when they complain not pass it on. Get a grip.I will never buy one more thing. And will see everyone knows of experience.

      I ordered tap shoes , I returned them next day Dec 3 2023. They received the shoe and did not refund me. I called More then once about my refund. Then they send me a email about abnormal activity in my account asking for my ID or they will not process my return. If I didn't call and ask for my money then there would be no abnormal activity. Why is me asking for my refund abnormal? I have had my identity stolen in the oast and I'm not about to send them my ID and they are refusing to refund me the ****** that is Fraud!

      I didn't authorize any of the credit card transactions from Amazon Web Services LLC at all. They have been charging my credit card without my knowledge for months. I usually don't check my credit card and just pay it off but I didn't expect something like this to happen at all. I recently found out about this when I checked my transactions. I expect a full refund for all the charges on my credit card. I haven't even used any part of their service.

      This is NOT the kind of service I expect for paying a yearly membership feeVery disappointing!Seriously, Amazons delivery service has drastically gone down hill. I have been calling Amazons customer ********************** everyday for the last 5 days to see where my 2 packages are. I get the same story repeatedlyit will arrive today by 10 pmI know how to read. However, it doesnt arrive so stop lying to your customers. Then I call in then next day and this is how each time goes each time when I call in. Im tired of Amazon playing games. I also dont need the customer ********************** rep to tell me I can cancel my orderI WOULDNT HAVE ORDER THESE ITEMS IF I DIDNT NEED THEM! My last 2 orders were supposed to be Next-Day Prime and Two-Day Prime shipping. Now my 2 orders Amazon is telling me is that they are running late and wait another 2 days, but the items are sitting at my local facility as of Saturday 2:37 AM. & 7:31 AM. My Next-Day Prime package should have been delivered on 10/11/23 and my Two-Day Prime should have been delivered on 10/13/23, which is a replacement from the original order that you guys damaged in shipping and had been returned to seller, which made me have to reorder it again and then price went up. Now its 11/15/23 and its still not out for delivery which leads me to believe that they still wont be delivered today. Amazon, you need to get your act together because this is ridiculous!!!
